My order changed from by 3pm on Friday to 8pm on Friday which means it will be delivered from the airport depot (they tend to be later since that is in VA and I'm in MD). But really, they had my phone since Saturday... couldn't they have at least just moved it to the closer depot to me? No big deal but I guess they have their orders and I'm guessing a bunch of phones will be on a plane to Dulles tonight.

Well that's already wrong. There are plenty of people with 10/7 and deliveries inbound to VZ next week. For the 500th time, reps know little to nothing, stop taking what they tell you as gospel.

yeah, frustrating. i ordered before 3:30am and got a 10/7 date with no movement since. same phone as the above poster. i guess it depends on location. i am D771001.

First of all these were other department managers not just call center reps who gave me this info multiple times, secondly chill out on scorning people for being frustrated with the process that was messed up from the begging, I remember you freaking out about some ish a few pages back

The moral of the story is do not believe anything a rep tells you until you have the actual tracking number in your email.

Because there are more factors involved than just what time you ordered.

If you called the call center / Internet Orders etc odds of who you think you were speaking to in terms of food chain and who they were are probably very different.
I noticed this on mine, too. Sucks, but I'm still hoping they come mid-morning as usual. It's the main reason I was so happy it shipped Fedex vs UPS, UPS doesn't get to my house a minute before 7pm EVER.

I placed my order at 2:30 cst (30 minutes after preorders opened) 1,020,XXX order number. My 64gb + sg was processed at 3:30 pm yesterday (17th) and I had tracking info from fedex around 3 am this morning. It has left the facility in Coatesville, Pa and will arrive in Alabama tomorrow by 3pm via Fedex.

I am in the exact same boat as you...same phone (6+, SG, 64GB), same location, my order number is 140XXX, but I have seen no movement at all on it.
D772001 order# 142xxx and this was placed about 30 mins after preorder for the 64GB and still nothing! I am losing hope after seeing people place orders after me get tracking. Theirs of course are either 128 or 16GB.
