Got in my pre order within the first half hour they went live.. Have a confirmation email with delivery stating 9/19 but order status page shows "not available at this time" .. Really hoping I'll get mine the 19th.

Same situation for me. I ordered two iPhone 6+ 128gb at 12:11pst and 12:13pst. My order status shows In Process and my delivery shows Not Available. My email confirmation says 9/19.

I called Verizon and after a lengthy hold they were able to confirm that both orders would be delivered on 9/19.
 
Just got off the phone with their "Fraud Prevention Team" after being on hold for about 30 minutes...literally, they did nothing else other than ask me to verify the phone I ordered and my address; not even my name, last four digits of my social, or birth date. Was that really necessary?

The rep told me my order should still be expected to be delivered on 9/19.

The order status page page still says my order is "in process" and the expected ship date is "Not available at this time," as with many other people here.

Bought a 128GB Gray 6+ at ~12:02 AM (Pacific).
 
Accidentally ordered two phones that have both now shipped. Will I be charged a restocking fee to return a totally unopened phone, or is it just a fee if you open it and then return?

As an alternative you could always sell the phone and make a killing. They are likely to be in short supply for a while and it should be easy to find SOMEBODY that wants to buy it! :D:D
 
For what it's worth, I ordered the 128 silver iPhone 6+ on the VZ site at "about" 3:55am EST. Took a screen shot of my order confirmation page reflecting the 9/19 received by date. Received my confirmation email about 90 minutes later with order and shipping dates both displaying 9/12 dates. Called customer svc yesterday, was told all is well for the 19th.

See this thread today, check my order status, says ship by 10/14.

Just got off the phone with customer svc again. Rep told me "looks like you just got it in on time, you should be good to go for the 19th". Explained all that I've seen and received so far, plus the fact that my card hasn't been charged yet. He told me the card will be charged Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I believe he knew of what he was speaking, because he pulled up my order and confirmed the numbers with me, without me giving them to him first. Plus, since I added a line when I pre-ordered, they actually assigned a phone number; which I was told doesn't necessarily occur until they are ready to ship.

Take it for what you will, the conversation occurred about 20 minutes ago.

Oh that is great news then! I'm sure we'll receive them on release day. I'll keep you posted if I see my order status change

Explicitic: Thats the same thing I get when checking the status page. They verified my SSN and apparently google mapped my address and asked if I lived in a business. She came on the phone about 5min later and told me everything is verified and my phone has shipped and I would receive another confirmation email which I never did. I then called again this morning and was told everything was fine on my account and that the phone has shipped. The status page still says "Not available at this time". Guess we will just have to wait and see.

Thank you for this post. It has calmed my nerves a bit. I am in the same boat, with the 9/12 for order and ship date. I ordered two if the same model as you about 3 mins before you and had the same order status.

I just called 611 to check the order status and the automated system told me "your item was shipped with 2 business day shipping" and I pressed 1 to hear tracking number, it didn't tell me any tracking number.

I guess it was shipped but tracking hasn't updated yet.

What options did you push to get to hear your order status? Whatever I did got me to a message that says the information I requested is available online.

Snoopy Happy Dance! Got my email w/ tracking number this morning. iPhone 6, 64g Space Grey.

Says it was shipped overnight with "future delivery requested". BOO!
