VZW Order Status Thread

Called *611, press 4, say "order status", tell it yes to verify order number.

It just told me my order is pending shipment!! Woot woot!!

FYI ordered 0305 estrn i6+ 64gb slate.

Tried the same exact thing, I get told that information is available at www.verizonwireless.com/orderstatus. Then goes back to main menu

If your email says delivers by 9/19, it'll deliver by 9/19. Verizon inventory control is actually competent (unlike the other 3) and their website, albiet looking like something from the 90s, works (unlike Apple). If you notice, these are shipping from their FedEx fulfillment centers so the stock was already here. They know how many they have.

Not sure what calling clueless CSRs achieves.

They're sending these overnight so they can package, ship and charge you on 9/18 and you'll still get it in time.

CC was charged this morning. They are not waiting until the 18th to charge you.

I did the same thing, when I called CS today they reported no issues (used my card, account is under husband).

my account has my name on it and i used my fiancees debit card. pre order went through and got confirmation and then i called to make sure and the rep told me that as long as the confirmation and pre-order authorization went through, then the full charge will as well.
 
Thanks. I got a preorder confirmation email for both phones. :)

Ordered around 3:15 AM through Verizon's website, did not experience any issues. Just received a shipping confirmation message from VZW, says "The expected delivery date for your order is 09/19/2014". Shipped on 9/12 at 11:05 AM, received by carrier at 11:06, future delivery requested.

FedEx website, however, shows an earlier date: "Estimated delivery :
Thur 9/18/2014 by 8:00 pm"

I assume that they will simply hold the order instead of delivering it on the 18th. Anyone has prior experience with this?
 
Called *611 and was told my shipment has been processed and shipped with an estimated arrival 2-day business days. I ordered a SG 64GB 6+ at 3:03am.

I'm actually not sure; possible because I'm a new customer? I've been with Verizon before, but switched out a few months ago.

I just found it weird that they sent me to the fraud department to verify my order and information and only asked me for the order number and billing address. The representative didn't ask for anything else, not even my name.
 
Just got a new status update (not via email). Just checked the Verizon order status. It says 1-day shipping (with the tracking number), and its showing that it been ship out of TN, shipping out on the 9/18.

BTW I have the iPhone 6.

lol, I just got an update with a tracking number. Delivers 9/19 by 3:00 PM.
 
I ordered a silver 64GB 6 and a silver 64GB 6 Plus between 3:00-3:4am. I got confirmation emails for both that say 9/19 delivery by dates. The 6 has already shipped although no tracking number has been posted. The 6 Plus just say "We received your order and it is in process. Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.".

It will be pretty crappy if I have to wait another month like some to get the 6 Plus. That kind of defeats the purpose of getting up at 3AM.

My CC statement says that the have debited me $0.00. Did your show this before the full amount?
 
Called to check order status, message says it is send for shipment and tells me to wait for a shipment tracking number. Ordered silver 6+ 16gb at 3:30 AM Eastern Time. Ugh really hoping to get my shipment number today!!!

I'm not sure actually, my CC's fraud protection actually called me soon after the order. Once I clarified I got the $299.99 Temporary Authorization charge. So I may have bypassed the whole "$0.00" charge thing.
 
Every time I call 611 it says to wait for a representative and hold time is 5+ minutes. My cc info matches my vzw account info and its the one Ive used to pay my bill many times, not sure why I need to speak to someone.
 
I guess I will just quit fretting about it. A lot of you ordered much later than I did. I ordered a Silver/White 6+ 128 GB and saved a screen shot. The timestamp is 3:11 AM EDT, yet the online order status says ship by 10/14. My confirmation says delivery by 9/19. The first phone I ordered was a space gray 6+ 128 GB and I started that order a few minutes before 3 AM EDT, but it says "Order received and in process. Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time." Weird.
 
Just wondering if anyone else received an initial Deliver By date of 10/7 from Verizon? I am hoping that MAYBE it will ship sooner, but not getting my hopes up. I ordered the 6+ 64GB. CC has not been charged yet.
 
my order says i have a "4G 4FF PRE-INSTALLED SIM" shipping w/ my iPhone 6 64gb silver. any idea what that means?

i have another order for an iPhone 6 64gb gold without it?
