my guess and this is only a guess is that we have seen a lot of movement this week in the orders that were supposed to ship 10/3--->10/10 so maybe next week we will start to see movement in the orders for 10/14--->10/21.

Same here all have come, just waiting on my 6+ 128gb. No movement, still says 10/7, awaiting inventory.
I'm still waiting on a tracking number...tried by reference with the Location_ordernumber, with the 0s to 9 digits and nothing yet.

I saw that. It seems most of the phones currently shipping out are beyond the Memphis hub though. Even still, not many are due for actual delivery today, Idoubt it's that big an impact.
Yes, but I suspect that for those that do have their delivery due today it might feel catastrophic. Also it seems that their overall operations/tracking were impacted, as I have another Apple FedEx package that tracked leaving FedEx Coatesville PA yesterday 6 am to appear in FedEx Newark NJ datestamped 11.23 am today (when in fact it had likely arrived yesterday evening).
14th Street Apple Store had 6 + 64GB available for pick up on Tuesday. Cancelled my Verizon order and was able to get the phone immediately.

Not sure how many this will affect, my 6+ 64GB SG is coming from this facility for 9/29 delivery...here's the statement from FedEx:

Same deal for me except my confirmation was received around 5:50 AM on 9/12 with a date of 10/7. Now the date says 10/14 with no movement at all since. Sucks
Unfortunately that is where my shipment is coming from...hopefully they get it fixed for the weekend.

Oh dear lord....yeah - this math is very funky. If you just shipped at 151k, and VZW is saying I am due to ship by 10/10 with order number 4.04 mill, that means they are somehow going to crank out 3.9 million phones in the next 2 weeks -

Yes, we must not take the order number so literally.
My order number is only 3xx,xxx but I didn't place my order until lunchtime on the 12th - long after your 4,xxx,xxx order went through.
My shipping date is still 24/10
10/14 -> 10/10 and I was charged today! Sorry for all my complaining. Verizon will impress me if I receive this on Monday. (64 GB SG 6)

Ya, I agree, as I am in the 7 MILLIONS and I preordered on preorder day, and dealt with Verizon and Apple's website not working debacle.
When did you place your order? I had the same dates and ordered the same phone, I'm hoping mine gets processed today.

I know we are all just pulling hair out trying to figure out the shipping system..lol I really wanna know, again, it really only appears that the 64GB+ and 128GB+ have been moving. I was thinking about the 64GB, but the 16GB option suits me, and it was at the time I ordered (15th 8am edt) the 16 was showing 10/28 ship and the 64 was showing 11/4. Go figure...
Its almost like they had sooooo many 64+ at pre-order launch through the 14th, that they are slowly catching up. Hell, they might only be making those atm to catch up. I would imagine as soon as we see the 16GB+ start shipping, its going to be a TON of them.
Same here. 16 gig SG 6+ Ordered at 3:01am EST 9/12. I am thinking about going to the Bestbuy's in my area to see if I can just pick one up.
Mine is set to deliver today and it is currently out for delivery. I think this issue is for any packages that are going through the Memphis sorting facility today.
