It's the same status, but different messages int he two different order lookups in verizon's system. Essentially, they have your order, but there is no physical phone connected to your order to be shipped.
Your CC/account will be charged when they do, and have a new status. Within 2 days from the CC being charged(in almost every case in this thread), you will have tracking info.
So do you know what does it mean if my CC has been charged but tracking # is still unavailable?
