VZW Order Status Thread

Just spoke with online rep.

I ordered a iPhone 6+ 64Gb space gray on 9/12@2:57am est.

Order confirmation stated 9/19. Order status shows processing but not at this time. Rep advised that I would not get tracking info until Wednesday when it ships since I had overnight shipping and I'm only an hour from the ship location in PA. Assured me not to worry and that verizon will honor the 9/19 "guaranteed".

She stated that if you have a date in Oct. you will likely get early, but that want to allow themselves a cushion.

Rest assured people, if your confirmation reads 9/19, you will definately get it on that day.

And how do you know this? I can't believe you people saying you will get it. You own Verizon or something? Seriously. You do NOT know either way!
 
I've got a Verizon 128gb order, 6 proper.

Status says ships 9/19 and I have a pre-auth payment on my credit card.

There is an image of a paper receipt in the documents section of My Verizon, but Citicard apparently takes a couple of days to post pending charges to the automated phone system, so I won't be able to confirm until Monday.
 
Well people at least give it till Wednesday to start freaking out. If your phone hasn't went through by then or been charged then you have something to worry about

The only thing I have in my documents is my edge up agreement
 
I really wish that I could have waited a month to order like I did with the 4S. That transaction went so smoothly! But I didn't want to miss the deadline for the trade-in promotion.
 
I was told mine would go out overnight Wednesday or Thursday for delivery on the 19th. Delivery date is the delivery date. With all of these people with tracking numbers, how could you argue it isn't?
 
For those who have their shipping information...did you guys order through the Verizon website or through Apple on a Verizon plan?

Each time that I see other people have their phones in transit, I get a little more worried because it is usually people who ordered after I did. So it makes me wonder what order Verizon is really going in...at first I was thinking well it is probably just that their site was completely bogged down and now it's going through in the order it received orders and giving tracking information and sending out the phones. But that doesn't seem to be the case since I ordered mine at 3:15am EST and have yet to even get confirmation about it. And the fact that their site is still down on that page for checking order status is ridiculous! I understood it being down for a day MAYBE two. But we are now at Sunday and they still aren't providing us with any information at all. I have literally no idea when it will ship or when we will get our phones. When we ordered them it said it would deliver on 9/19 but since that point the order was put on hold to verify it wasn't fraud and who knows if the people even know what they are talking about when they say "it should hold your spot for you". They obviously have been wrong since they have told me that they really aren't shipping all devices until the 9/19. I know for a fact that isn't true! So maybe that is too....and now I'm just getting very frustrated to be left in the dark like this. We all deserve to know when our phones will get here! It's not too much to ask! I would figure out other plans if I knew the phone would be later than 9/19. But since I don't know for a fact that the phones won't be here on 9/19 I'm stuck in this waiting game of when will I find out when I'm getting these phones! :mad:

If I may, wondering if based upon my order info and what some of you have pieced together if you think there is much of a possibility that I will receive my order on 9/19.

Ordered 6+ 64GB Space Gray, order placed on-line about one hour after Verizon began taking orders (1am pacific / 4am eastern). My e-mail confirmation shows date of 10/7. On line status shows date not available. Credit card not charged yet.

Do you think there is much of a chance that I will be surprised on 9/19?

You didn't get a confirmation email? Hate to say it, seems your out of luck. Maybe check spam or call them to at least make sure your order went through???

I doubt it, especially if the email says 10/7, but you never know. They could get it to you sooner.
