Verizon Business Wireless order placed 4:00PM/PST 9/12. Shipped Sunday 9/14, for delivery on Friday 9/19 by 8:00PM. Order the iPhone 6 128gb Space Gray. The 16gb and 32gb models both showed delivery times in October, so I went with the 128gb which they accurately described as still shipping by 9/19.

Also my iPhone 6 case from Amazon will be delivered tomorrow (Monday 9/15).
 
Now with all the madness, they moved up my upgrade date. (Was 10/12/14) even when I called last week and asked if they could do that, and being told flat out no. Seriously Verizon?
 
How are you all accessing live chat? Just leaving the window open until one comes available? Mine is greyed out with a red circle.

I had trouble placing my pre-order on Friday, as I was getting an error message that was related to my corporate discount.

My confirmation e-mail said 9/19 ship date (deliver date).

However, when I go online, all it says is "we have received your order and it is being processed." I have yet to receive my shipment information.

Of course, reading all of these threads has caused me to freak out and panic as I am seeing people post that they have received shipment notifications that placed their order after I did.

However, I just called Verizon and spoke with a representative (wait time was less than 1 minute) and she confirmed that the 19 is the expected delivery date, and that I would receive an e-mail if anything has changed.

So, just wanted to contribute my experience and what I know.

I guess we will see on Friday if I get it in time or not. But, I have hope.

Now, if only I could order a case to go with it from the Apple store and get it in time for the delivery date...
 
Still no CC charge / $1.00 charge or status update for my 16GB regular 6. Not worried, just updating. Delivery date in email is 9/19.

I've yet to see anyone with a regular 6 16GB get tracking info / a CC charge.

i am guessing that the + is going to get the same treatment as the gold did last year...as in not available in stores at launch.
 
64gb Space Gray 6 ordered at 5:45am on 9/12, FedEx picked up at 3:24am on 9/14 for delivery 9/19 by 3pm. Card charged yesterday evening.

I ordered one with the same expects at 11.57pm. Im pretty sure i was one of the first ones. still haven't been charged or notified of tracking number.
 
ok so i ordered 2 phones.

1 was a new line regular iphone 64GB for the wife, i got tracking and it looks like it should be here friday.

2 was an edge up from an android device, i also had a balance since i didnt keep the other phone for a year.

anyways, ive been charged a 1 dollar credit card fee, and now when i go to upgrade device page i see on the edge line (not the new line with new number).

You currently have new device(s) to be activated. However you may upgrade other eligible line(s) on your account. Please select the eligible line(s) you would like to upgrade below.

My original email came with a 10/7 delivery date, nothing online. curious if anyone with a non friday shipping date also sees this upgrade message on the verizon page.

i know the new line shipped, i got tracking.

this message is on my personal line, which was confirmed via email with 10/7 shipping.
 
That made me laugh. Do what you wish. Rather dumb to give up great service for very poor customer service. Maybe ATT, Sprint, or TMobile better in your area. Not for me, that's for sure.

Only reason I have them. Would be a shame to lose the service I get but AT&T does fine around here.

the only thing that was said by more than 1 rep was that all phones ordered from 3amEST-6amEST would get it on 9/19 and 6-9am would be in October. but I even have a hard time believing that

Alright, I finally got some answers! I just called and spoke with a rep who agreed with me that there has been a ton of contradictory as far as reps who have said that phones aren't shipping out until 9/19 and not delivering on 9/19.
She was reading aloud something off of what I would assume was an updated document on delivery times....it said that phones will be sent out on 9/18 for 9/19 delivery and that it is possible that phones have already been shipped out but that FedEx won't deliver until 9/19.
Another thing she mentioned was that she listed a time frame...if I placed my order between these times (which I had) then it will definitely delivery on 9/19. I couldn't hear the times very well otherwise I would have shared them with you guys so maybe someone else can be at ease with me. haha for now I'm just going to relax and hope for the best. Hope that this time I heard from her was correct and know that it is okay that I haven't received my tracking number yet. At least I know that at the very latest it could come on the 18th! So for anyone who is as worried sick about this as I am...maybe you can find some comfort in knowing that as well haha

How do you know you placed your order between those times if you don't know what the times were?

Even that would have to depend on which phone you ordered. The 16gb plus had a delivery date of October when I got on to order at 3:05. EST.
