You didn't get a confirmation email? Hate to say it, seems your out of luck. Maybe check spam or call them to at least make sure your order went through???

We called them and they said that one of them is approved and the other is pending. (has been like this since yesterday morning). So it seems the order went through but each time I call the reps all contradict each other. A few have said that if it said it would deliver on 9/19 on the page when we ordered them then that is when it will come. Others have said nope, we aren't sending out any devices until 9/19 when it is officially released.

If that were true then they wouldn't have people coming to them. Everyone would go to Apple and get the phone on the day. So I suspect that they don't know what they are talking about when they say "No it doesn't mean deliver by 9/19...it means ship by 9/19"

They are pretty much the most expensive carrier, and I have had many poor experiences with them in the past. If they flat out lie to me about my phone's delivery, I will have had enough. The only reason I have Verizon is because they have superior service (phone/data wise, not customer service).

In all fairness, Verizon seems to be the best preorder experience short of ordering directly from Apple.

Might even be easier.

got my tracking number, pre ordered at 830 am iPhone 6 64gb silver thru verizon... they never sent a confirmation email but charged my card. just call and ask for your tracking if you are having same issues. shows delivery by 9/19 3pm!!

I chatted with this rep. I was shocked that all iPhone 6 Plus especially most popular (Space Grey) would be shipped on 10/28/14. My confirmation email and order confirmation page said deliver by 10/7/2014. Is this an error?

Guys, my iPhone 6 64GB Silver had originally said that it ships on 9/19. I have already received my tracking number and it says delivery date of 9/19 by 3PM. If it says ships on 9/19, you should expect to receive it that day. I think most of the Verizon reps are just confused.

I would think it's delivered by that date, but I wouldn't worry about that. At least you have that date. I'm in the situation of having the 9/19 via email, but 10/14 via order status. A month difference rather than your couple days hehehe

That is in no way true. People already have tracking numbers which prove that is false info lol

I've been reading this thread from the beginning and haven't read of anyone who ordered a space gray 6+ 16GB getting their tracking info or even a charge. I've seen it for the silver. If anyone ordered one and got their tracking please let me know. I ordered at 11.57pm PST. On check out said 9/19 for delivery. On email it said 10/14. Online status went from 10/14 to 9/19. No charge or tracking number so far.

Edge has always been that way. You have to turn in a phone to start on the program.

And don't call Verizon and ask about the memo. It'll only bog them down further.

I just switched to EDGE on this purchase and there was no turn in of the my current iPhone to qualify.

He was probably looking at estimated delivery dates for NEW orders. The 16GB model is expected to deliver on 10/28 and sometime in November for the higher capacity models.

Same with me. I was a little over a month of my contract end date on my old normal 2 year contract. Moved to Edge this time. They didn't require me to send back the old phone I'm guessing since I was so close to the end and they wanted my Edge conversion? That's my guess but I was so happy to discover I could upgrade early by changing to Edge.

Ships overnight

Iphone 6 space gray 64gb and iphone 6 gold 64gb ordered at 2 am PST. Apple sends out its phones to local fedex facilities and fedex holds onto them until 9/19. Notice how it says fedex standard overnight.

That is BS. There are plenty of people on this thread that have tracking #'s already for their +'s

That made me laugh. Do what you wish. Rather dumb to give up great service for very poor customer service. Maybe ATT, Sprint, or TMobile better in your area. Not for me, that's for sure.

When I preorder my iPhone 5 in 2012 I pre ordered on that Friday and my card was not charged until that Monday and I got my phone on that 21 which was the release date on that Friday. So don't worry we will get the phones ion the 19th if your conformation emails says so

When I view the Status and Shipping the Status says 'awaiting inventory' and a note at the bottom says 'Due to overwhelming demand, there are delays on this product.' There is also no tracking number. Just curios if this is for anyone else.

i am in the same boat. i doubt one has anything to do with the other...they charge the 1 dollar to make sure form of payment is legit thats all. anyways, doesnt hurt to hope.

Interesting. I called yesterday and they confirmed that my plus is shipping/delivering/whatever on 10/7.
