I order the same phone on 9/28 and i did not see it in my account notifications until yesterday 10/18. Until then all i had was the confirmation e-mail.

I experience the same problem but my order was placed over two weeks ago. Nothing is listed when I sign into My Verizon. Also I
can not see info when I sign in ICONIC. Only
my tracking number is listed. Very weird. My ship date is scheduled for 10/24 (6+ gold 128 GB).

Can you see your order status when you click on the link in your email order confirmation?

Where is the ICONIC sign in?

Some are better than others. I prefer thin profile Spigen cases, though.

Thanks... I just got an Otterbox for my fiancé. It was $35, very nice, actually 2 cases in 1. The casemate I want costs just as much # maybe I'll just get myself both #

I never tried a Spigen case. I do love the Naked look cases. I'll have a look at the thin profile Spigen cases. Thanks.
 
VZW Order Status Thread

That's weird. When I check my order through ICONIC I only see this:

However, my order emailed confirmation link says that my order from 10/11 is processing.

Does it take that long for orders to appear in ICONIC? Or is it because I am a new customer without an account yet?
 
I am still waiting on my order too...

This is what I have:

Type: iPhone 6+
Color: Silver
Qty: 3
Commitment: 2yr Contract
Order Date: 9/16 @ 10:00pm
Shipping: 10/24

I did not get an email saying my order was on track and the online Verizon rep told me my order was looking at 10/28 ship date now if not later...

I was even forced to change my plan from my old unlimited data to a new plan for this too! :p (Had an old alltel one). I hate waiting :p
 
Update:

My 6+ 64GB SG ordered on 9/15 now has a tracking number! It's not functional in fedex's system yet, but I have one!

So 9/15's should be almost down and 9/16 should get cc charges hopefully soon!

So you got this tracking number today? If so, that means we might see more movement this Sunday.
 
I just got a tracking number too

iphone 6 64 sg ordered 9/28, ship date 10/31

10/17 cc charged
10/18 showed in account notifications
10/19 "phone has been shipped" with fedex tracking number

Cool. I have the exact same phone ordered too. But my ship date is 11/14. Hopefully mine will ship much sooner than that considering it's just a regular 6 and not the plus.
 
I'm over it. I'm done creeping on my phone. Her knows where to go when her wants to come home, I'll still be waiting for her.

(Need to stop refreshing every 30 min)

I have been lurking on this thread for weeks (Since October the 7th).

While I am happy about getting my new phone, I must say this is ridiculous.

I know that Apple categorically does not care what I think, but this is inexcusable. I have been using iPhones since the 3GS, iPads since the original version and am a fan of this technology, but this arrogant disregard for their customers and using these shipping delays as proof of their popularity is disgusting.

I can think of NO logistical reason why someone WHO PRE-ORDERS would be disadvantaged. If Apple wants to have a pre-order process, then they should fill those orders first. Otherwise, just let me wait until they are available. If they had said that they would be available on the 12th and were quickly back-ordered due to customer demand, so be it. But to have colleagues carrying and using this phone, configured EXACTLY like my order, for WEEKS because they were able to buy it locally is insulting.

I guess one way to do it is to tell me that it will be 50 days (during many of which I can enjoy watching my colleagues use theirs) so that when it is only a 37 day wait, I will be giddy.

I am not.

My hope is that this device that I am paying $849.99 is so phenomenal that I will forget how disrespectfully apple treats their long-time customers.

My tracking number still doesn't work, but when I check my verzion order page it says ship date of Monday 9/20 with FedEx 2 Day Ground so I'm expecting it on Wednesday 9/22. Maybe Tuesday if they're fast.

Yeah, it looks like they do update on Sundays as well! But they don't start shipping them until Monday.

I feel the exact same way. I also ordered the exact same phone on the same day and it's being delivered on the same day. I feel your pain :( just amazes me how they don't have enough stock. I think they should start producing them many more months in advance or at least expect the demand is going to be this big. I mean come on, it's an iPhone!

i ordered on 10/2 and havent got the iconic s any ideas when something will happen ship date 10/31 iphone 6 64gb SG
 
this may seem like a dumb question, but what is this "iconic" thing everyone is talking about? Is it a way to track your phone order through verizon?

got tracking number this morning and delivery date is 10/22/2014 so this wednesday! :D my original expected ship date was originally 11/4 and then bumped to 10/31 and then 10/20.
 
Another Great Sales Rep.

You: My approximated time was 48 seconds to talk to a rep. It only took about 20. So you can agree estimates are not always correct, right? When I track my order on the Order Status page, it says it will ship on 11-07. It has been saying that since I ordered it on September 26th. Is there any way you can give me a more accurate shipment date?

Danielle L: As we have a shipment date for the iphone 6 as I am sure lol since you ordered in september and have not got the device yet it has to be an iphone 6 or 6 plus just using my head however we get updates here and you should be getting your device by the end of the month if you have yet to get the device which is quite sad as i know you are excited, Im excited about the note 4
