VZW Order Status Thread

I've been lurking in this thread since last Saturday. On October 11th I had originally ordered an Iphone 6 plus Gold 128gb and was obsessively checking the Iconic page like everyone else here.

Today I called Verizon to change my data plan info and the verizon csr who helped me upgraded my line to an Edge plan. I cancelled my original order for the 6 plus and placed another order today for two Iphone 6 Gold, one at 64gb and the other at 128gb. The rep told me both phones should ship out by Friday, October 24th so that's a little better than waiting on project hallow. :eek:
 
I had ordered my iPhone 6 plus 64gb space grey on the day of pre-release.

My original ship date was 10/24.

On 10/02 I got an email from verizon saying that my order had been canceled. Obviously I was confused so I called them for an explanation and they said that they had no idea why my order had been canceled and the only way to fix the problem was to place a new order. They told me it was 3-4 weeks out for delivery.

My ship date now says 11/12 :mad:

Wow... Great customer service. If you can demonstrate that you ordered one and THEY cannot demonstrate that YOU didn't cancel the order, then you should NOT go to the back of the line.

Visitor: yeah i pre ordered the iphone 6 Plus 64GB space gray on 9/17 with a ship date of 10/31. im wondering when it will exactly ship because a lot of peoples phones are shipping earlier than expected. also can you see if my order status says anything different on your end

Julian: I would be more than happy to assist you with any details regarding the status of the iPhone you have purchased! Can I have your full name and mobile number so that I can better assist you today?

Julian: Thank you, Stephen! And while I review your account, how has your day been so far?

Visitor: its been good except for that fact that i wake up every day pissed off at verizon because my order status hasnt changed since i ordered the phone over a month ago.

Visitor: but at least theres football on today

Julian: Well I do hope that we can get that device sent out to you as soon as possible so you can start enjoying. But I am glad to hear you are doing well too!

Visitor: i hope so man

Julian: And in reviewing the line for the order I am showing the purchased device and that expected to ship by date of October 31st. We do some devices that are being shipped out before then so hopefully your device will ship before the listed date. In regards to the account I am still showing the pending shipping status now so I am not able to say if it will ship before then. But once it does ship you will get an additional emai with a tracking number to follow your device.

Visitor: so thats all the info that you can give me?

Julian: At this time this is what is listed for the device. It is still showing that the expected ship date for your phone is October 31st but it can ship before then. Once it ships we will have more information as to the status of your phone and can track it along with you.

Visitor: ok thank you

pointless convo.. he told me everything that i already know. BS:mad::mad:

Being rude to a CSR is unnecessary. Having worked in CS, I can personally attest to intentionally ****ing rude people over. Be nice to us. :)

Well according to the spreadsheet (if it's been properly updated) and your exact model, the last people to see updates on their orders are on orders placed on 9/28, so it would be however long it'll take Verizon to fulfill orders placed on 9/29 through 10/2

i wasnt even that rude.. and i work in retail so i know all about rude customers lol...i just want my phone already!!!! :mad:

That's about what happened. I used to work customer service for T-Mobile so I know the drills. Sometimes there really is only so much they can do. I spoke with their manager and they told me the same thing. It was a pretty obnoxious situation.
 
Finally got a shipping number.... but i think i messed up...

FedEx says they picked it up delivery is due for wed..

Here is my issue...I moved from NJ to WI.. Never changed my billing address because my parents still live there. I am 95% sure i put my new address for the shipping of the phone. but its been so long im not sure..It does not say it on the fedEx page either. Anyone know of any way i can find out that info? hate to take the day off wed only to find out my phone is in nj.

your the last one on the spread sheet with a 9/15 order date that has 6 plus 64gb SG.... me and thebluegangsta are next with 9/17 order date and the same phone.. no 9/16 orders for our phone on the spreadsheet

but now on the spread sheet it says yours has shipped...sooo lets go 10/31s!!
 
Iconic Tracking Number

For those of you watching, I have had a tracking number and FedEx acknowledgement all day and no tracking number has appeared in the Iconic feed...

lol I literally just visited them last week.


I called verizon, it is coming to my new address. this preorder nonsense has made me lose my mind! I will update again when I have the phone in my hand, Good luck on getting your phones everyone

I hope this is true! I ordered a 128gb gold 6+ with a delivery date of 10/31.
 
Great news. I ordered 4 iphone 6+ 128gb though compAny on 9/15 (3sg,1 gold) since Friday, all four have shipped and will arrive Tuesday. The gold had a 10/24 date and the grays were for 10/31.

This is the first 10/31 shipment I've actually seen ship in this thread.

Feel free to update the spreadsheet.

everyone start refreshing. Time to your delivery is nigh.
