VZW Order Status Thread

Some 9/30s have shipped, so basically there's a couple of days worth of orders for VZW to go through. I'm expecting movement this week.

I'm a 9/16 order for the same phone. Just checked, no movement yet.

No. I've just received my second email confirmation on October 17th which this
time included a shipment date Oct 24th.
I tried the link in the email and it took me to
a page that I logged into but no info was there. Seems I can only get info by going in person to one of my local stores. My glad I received the email.

If I read this right, what she is basically saying is that Verizon, and all other service providers are allotted a certain amount of new phone units per month, (somewhat what car dealers have to do to order from car manufacturers). When a customer orders a phone, it counts towards that month's allotment. So when customers order a certain number of phones from Verizon, for example, Apple has an allotted time to manufacture and deliver those units. Based on what she is saying, I'm assuming, (and you know what they say about that), that based on what Apple/Foxcomm are telling Verizon on their latest updates, that orders for iPhone 6 and 6 plus submitted by Verizon during September are supposed to be fulfilled so that they can be shipped by the end of October. Just MO.
 
I dont think I'm going ever preorder a phone again, Im going to just take day off work and go into store and pick up phone i want. It makes me mad that they havent fill preorders yet in Oct.

To top it all off the Bears go out and embarrass themselves against the Dolphins. No movement on my preorders 6 Gold 64GB (10/24) and 6 Plus SG (10/31). Really hoping they come at the same time!

Well I set the color to the shipped yellow, because I do have a tracking number, but if you read the end, it's not actually shipping until Monday cause it's the weekend.

So I do have a tracking number, it's just they can't ship it until Monday, so I guess it's technically not shipped, but will be as soon as possible.

Here is my issue...I moved from NJ to WI.. Never changed my billing address because my parents still live there. I am 95% sure i put my new address for the shipping of the phone. but its been so long im not sure..It does not say it on the fedEx page either. Anyone know of any way i can find out that info? hate to take the day off wed only to find out my phone is in nj.

It should tell you on FedEx website when you track the package.

Call 1 800 463 3339 (Go FedEx) talk to a CSA and give her your tracking number. With it being automated labels she can tell you the address its going to.

I'm not 100% sure on this and the agreement between Fedex and VZW on address corrections like this but if it's the wrong address you maybe able to give correct address for them to reroute it but it'll delay it a day.
 
I don't know how reliable these Verizon Reps. are, but I called Verizon this afternoon to find out if there was any change in my shipping date of 10/31. After looking up my order number, the rep. said that the Silver 128GB iPhone 6 Plus that I ordered on 10/11 is scheduled to be shipped on 10/24.... This date doesn't seem right to me because there are people who preorder last month that still haven't received theirs yet. Unless Verizon is shipping out to new customers faster than existing customers?

I doubt that. I have been treated like dirt because I'm a new customer. Ordered on 9/30 and haven't seen any movement, and the CSRs won't even give me the time of day
