I doubt that. I have been treated like dirt because I'm a new customer. Ordered on 9/30 and haven't seen any movement, and the CSRs won't even give me the time of day
I figured as much. I'm thinking about canceling my order and just picking one up on eBay at this point rather than waiting a month for this one. I think Verizon is just going to make up dates every time I call in just to keep me from canceling.
