For those not getting a shipping confirmation like some others, don't worry. Looking back at my emails during the iPhone 5 launch, I didn't get my shipping confirmation until Tuesday (pre-ordered on the previous Friday). Some will get their shipping confirmation earlier than others.

this.

I ordered an iPhone 6+ 64gb Gray between 4:30am and 5:00am EST on Friday. I received a confirmation email @ 5:13am. My Order Location is N215401, which appears to be Memphis (this is where it is shipping from, not my location). My order number is 84K. I'm wondering if there is anyone with the same location that has gotten a shipping date. As of right now, it says the order is still processing. When I ordered, it said it would be delivered by 10/7.

I ordered an iPhone 6+ 64 in silver a little before 4am I believe, and got order number 83k. My deliver by date is 9/19 in the confirmation, but I haven't gotten anything else.

"So as long as you ordered between 12AM - 1:55AM Pacific or 3AM - 4:55 AM Eastern, you should have your phones on the 19th"

Someone posted this thread on the Verizon forums...not sure how reliable the info is though. Hoping it's true.

It's not. I ordered my phone on the 12th at almost 7am and Just got a tracking number saying it will arrive on the 19th at 3pm. But I did get the 6 128gb Space Gray, so probably the most made model. Just a matter of available stock that Verizon ordered from Apple. It really is a crap shoot IMO.

I don't see how that's accurate considering the many different configuration options there are. How many are there? 18 for Verizon, I think.

Yeah 18 per carrier. That means Apple has to stock 72 variations, and thats not including the unlocked version coming out later.

I have a job to that's why I can purchase one. It's simple sleep until you need to get in line . Wait in line . Get phone , go to work tired. I'm doing more research to see if I can grab one launch day and cancel the order.

Not worried about sleep. Hell, I got up in the middle of the night to order the damn thing! I work in a professional office, my hours are 8:45 to 5:30. How exactly am I supposed to camp out or stand in line for opening when I'll be AT WORK! Like most reasonable people this is why I pre-ordered the damn phone!

Doesn't Verizon's come unlocked? Or are they changing that?

Oh no they are otherwise they would be in trouble with the FCC. But the VZW models are different from the standard models because the CDMA radio is activated and registered with Verizon. Same model number as the unlocked, ATT and TMO model, but different order number and part number.

So technically the Apple Stores will have to stock 90 variations:

4 Carriers + 1 unlocked/No SIM Model
2 Sizes
3 Colors
3 Capacities
=90 variations

In the order process it asked if I wanted to keep the same SIM, so I told it yes(I have an iPhone 5), anyone know what that means?

Mines a 64gb 6+, currently sitting in Newark, NJ

My 5S was unlocked. I called Verizon to get it unlocked and they said they all come unlocked now. Even confirmed it by using my friends ATT SIM Card.

And I heard something on news about a month ago about some legislation requiring carriers to unlock, not sure if that was a California thing or nationwide. Regardless, iPhone 5S and maybe even 5 (Verizon models) come unlocked.

Ordered a 6+ 64gb Silver at 11:50pm finished at 11:58pm, received e-mail order confirmation at 11:59pm

My order number is: 201xxx

Location : W779001

So far Verizon website says my "Order is being processed, please check back tomorrow."

My credit card also has a pending transition for the phone but no tracking or shipping information yet.

I'm in Southern California, it seems like there has been no phone shipping from location W779001 yet.

I'm in a very similar situation... same location code and order number in the low 200k's, ordered 2 6+ 64gb iPhones. My confirmation states 9/19 delivery, but my cc still does not have any pending charges and the website states "order being processed..."

I called verizon yesterday and they stated my card will not be charged until the phone is ready for shipment, probably tuesday or wednesday, but I should get my phone on the date listed on my pre-sale confirmation.

It does show on their website that I am not eligible for an phone upgrade due to a pending order, which makes me feel confident my transaction is good. Although I'll feel better when I see some activity on my cc.

Friday needs to hurry up and get here.

I think the only thing that'll help speed things up is try not to think about it by staying busy so the days go by faster.

Thanks for updating us on your weekend plans. What will you have for dinner on Sunday? My fingers are crossed for meatloaf.

I plan on withholding all bathroom activity on friday until my phone is delivered... I don't want to be caught in a "situation I can't get out of" with the FedEx guy at the door!

Ordered iPhone 6 Plus 3am CDT 9/12.

When I placed order it said delivery 9/19. Later tracking website said 10/14/14.

Now it says Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.

Order Number: 916XX
Order Location: W779201

My order said delivery on 9/19, 10/7, 10/14 then "not available"... I was told to just go by the delivery date on my pre-sale confirmation email, which is 9/19.

I can confirm this for the iPhone 5, checked with a Verizon rep before I listed it recently on eBay as "factory unlocked". They are not provisioned for some GSM carriers in the US (rep wasn't totally sure about that, maybe just the LTE part), but worldwide you should be set.
