Mine is in that awful place too. I hope it doesnt go to the airport. Only airport thats ever lost my luggage :mad::mad:
 
My order said delivery on 9/19, 10/7, 10/14 then "not available"... I was told to just go by the delivery date on my pre-sale confirmation email, which is 9/19.

Only issue with my confirmation email is this:

I have a tracking number, indeed. Who in the world knows what account that phone and phone number its tracking will actually activate to, but by god I've got it.

I shall keep my fingers crossed that you get a tracking number sooner rather than later.

Wouldn't you be able to straighten it out once the phone arrives? I added a line since my upgrade is a month out. After mine arrives, I'm gonna ask them to swap the numbers around... Although I think CS is gonna be swamped that day.

Similar situation. Ordered through Verizon's site, think I submitted about 2:08 CST, got an email within the hour with a delivery date of 9/19, in the morning I checked the status online and it said 10/7, later that day and still now it says "Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time." No idea what that's supposed to mean. Ordered the iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB, Gold. We shall see I don't know how much earlier I could have tried it or why my status changed to nothing.
 
I'm in a very similar situation... same location code and order number in the low 200k's, ordered 2 6+ 64gb iPhones. My confirmation states 9/19 delivery, but my cc still does not have any pending charges and the website states "order being processed..."

I called verizon yesterday and they stated my card will not be charged until the phone is ready for shipment, probably tuesday or wednesday, but I should get my phone on the date listed on my pre-sale confirmation.

It does show on their website that I am not eligible for an phone upgrade due to a pending order, which makes me feel confident my transaction is good. Although I'll feel better when I see some activity on my cc.

What time did you place your order? I got a 6+ 64GB Space Gray that I ordered at 4:45 EST and I still have no tracking number. When I go to view Shipping and Status, it says 'Due to overwhelming demand, there are delays on this product.
Expected Delivery Date shown above.' The status is awaiting inventory, and is said to deliver on 10/7.

Ordered a space gray 6+ and a silver 6+. Both 128 GB. Both were ordered by 3:11 AM EDT. One has said all along "expected ship date: not available." Then today the second one changed from "expected ship date: 10/14" to "not available at this time." Both confirmation emails say 9/19.

Ordered my 6 plus 64g space grey at 2:58 am eastern time and it still tells me "order being processed check back tomorrow". Got the confirmation email an hour after displaying 9/19 deliver by. I hope to receive a tracking number by Monday or Tuesday. Credit card was charged yesterday the 13th. So from what I read from others it must be close to shipping/processed already being that they charged me already.

Seems the case with many 128s, but if it goes along with others, looks like shipping will happen soon.

Really think the email date is the one to go by, but not gonna be like others that say you will definitely get it that day. Time will tell.

Again, hold they have up until Wednesday or Thursday to ship to still get to you by Friday.

Good news!

Verizon told me my new iPhone (with a ship date of 10/7) will actually be here tomorrow! Despite no tracking number or credit card charge!

This proves they are clueless. :rolleyes:

(In fairness, when I pressed him, he said it won't come until Friday. He also mentioned a "batch" that is arriving on Friday, said there was plenty of upfront stock, and that he isn't sure when the cutoff was but that my order "should have been" within the first batch. Take his word for what it's worth.)

HAHA. I used to think Verizon had incredible customer service but they sorta pissed me off a few times this year...mainly because they knew an order was in "pending" but they didn't have any additional information.
 
Mine finally showed tracking in the preorder status page. Funny that they didn't send me a shipping email.
 
I had ordered my own 6 plus from apple Friday, but just ordered my wife a regular 6 64GB gold from Verizon today. Still available for 9/19 delivery. She's stoked!
