My Edge order was complete at 3:02 AM EST on 9/12.

I have my Edge contract here and everything. I've been on hold for around 20 minutes as they keep consulting other departments to solve my issue.

Good luck I hope you have a better experience then I did yesterday. I was sent to 5 different people and they still didn't know anything. Keep me posted about what there excuse is I'd love to hear it. They seem like a bunch of idiots.

I get the exact same screen. No updates to my status through the other order status sites posted as well.

Yep, same issue. Very frustrating. Fortunately the other Order Status checkers work for me.

I wonder why some people are able to see it but we aren't. Are you guys going through Edge or a 2-year-contract? Could that be the similarity between us all/the cause of why we are unable to see that page?
 
I have been in these forms all day, I also been checking order status...... so far no info....
 
Same thing just happened to me! But I don't know why they canceled my order! I wasn't grandfathered into anything.

Yesterday I thought I was the only one getting my orders cancelled. Did you call verizon at all?
 
When I go to "Check Order Status" it does this and has done it ever since I placed my order on Friday :/ anyone else still get that or have that issue at any point over the past few days? It's so frustrating that they can't/aren't fixing it :mad:


I got that message when I typed my order number incorrectly. Maybe double check you got it right?
 
I ordered within seconds of it going live on Verizon's site. When I ordered it said 9/19 but my confirmation email said 10/7. My current order status page says:

Order Status
Here is the status of your Pre-Order:
We received your order and it is in process.

Maddening lack of details, guess I might really be in the late delivery batch?

One of the managers here is re-processing my order. She is setting up overnight shipping for me for the 19th.

Wow, well I'm glad someone was able to get help through verizon. Yesterday they had no idea what was going on.
 
Was your line on edge before you edged up to the iphone 6? I'm just wondering because I pre ordered a iphone 6 128gb and to edge up I had to trade my 5s in and pay $224.79 and I haven't seen any charges on my card. Would my card be charged the same way everyone else is that pre ordered by a 2 year contract? Sorry if this doesn't make since I can't seem to find the exact words to explain it.

Yes, I was on edge before and had to pay like $320 or something because I had an HTC One M8 I just got a few months ago.
 
Ordered iPhone 6 on Sat 6:30PM :) Kinda late, but my sleep was most important and then I contemplated if I should simply wait for a month and then get the phone, but temptation got to me! ;)

My confirmation email says 9/19, but the order status page on Verizon Wireless says 10/7, but my CC was charged in full some time back, so I am assuming I will receive it on 9/19 :D

My order num is 314XXX and Tracking number says Status: 10/07/2014Your order will ship by 10/07/2014 :mad::mad:

This is EXACTLY what I get in MyVerizon! I am glad I am not the only one, I keep going back in and checking like every hour and it's not changing. :mad:

I get this error too if i login in using the primary line. If i login using the line i upgraded on i get alot of information including tracking number?
 
So I apparently used the wrong zipcode for my payment during the preorder so Verizon sent me an email putting my order "On Hold" until I called them back. Called them back this morning to give them the correct info. My order date is 3:09am Eastern Time so I asked if my 9/19 delivery date would still be honored. The rep said I'd still keep my place for the 19th and wouldn't have to worry about my phone showing up in October / November. My CC has been charged now but the preorder status still shows as in process but payment not taken. Slightly concerned though since checking "Order Status" under my account shows my order date as 9/14 but my confirmation email says 9/12 3:09am.
 
mine original expected delivered date was 10/14.. and now it's changed to expected ship date 9/19.. how long does it take to arrived after shipped?
 
When did you order, what were the first three or four digits of your order number? I'm waiting on info on my 64 GB gold 6+....... Order number 2108***, ordered ~3:45 am.

My order number was 901xx, but my understanding is that the order #s are sequential by location, so I doubt my number is comparable to yours. My location code is W779201
 
Well looks like my order was cancelled again after checking my pre order status. That's 3 times in 2 days.

Most people that ordered a 6+, regardless of original date in confirmation are seeing that.
 
Weird, but I went in and ordered a 128GB in gold just now and it says delivery by Friday 9/19. says it will take up to 24hrs to process my order and send confirmation details.

no chance of that or is that possible?
