Ordered mine as a month to month phone Because im not the account holder and going in to upgrade was giving me to same error as everybody else. My question is has anyone ever bought a phone from verizon as a month to month and just popped their sim card in to the new phone and was good to go. My worry is that I will run into problems. Does anyone have experiance in doing this?;)

btw My phone 16gb Iphone 6 gray has shipped and charged.
 
SO beyond royally pissed. My order was cancelled and my fiancé's order was cancelled. And the reps are ****ing full of ****.

Sorry for all the cursing. But I am SO MAD. They "think" that they can get us our delivery date of 9/19 back. Well they ****ing better. Oh my ever loving. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
Ordered three 6+ 16GB Gold at 12:08 AM PST on 9/12. Confirmation email and order status page showed expected ship date of 10/14/2014. Order status page now showing expected ship date not available at this time. Hoping it's going to ship in time to receive on 9/19. No charge on CC yet. Anyone else in the same situation?

What models and why?
 
Mine was cancelled and then subsequently reordered as well. Just curious, what date does your status list on the Verizon website? Mine says 10/28 which is technically the current shipping date for the same model if I ordered right now.

Call Internet Orders at 866-338-7390 and tell them that your original order was cancelled and replaced and you need your spot in line back.

They just updated my order as such.
 
2 iPhone 6's 64GB in Space Gray. Still have NO idea why. On hold again.

How did you find out they were cancelled?

I'm kinda starting to feel glad I have a full price model coming from Apple as well. I may end up keeping that if VZW f**ks me over.
 
Okay, so who broke FedEx's tracking page? I went to check on a completely unrelated shipment and now you guys broke it! First you break Verizon, now you break FedEx... what next?? :p
 
I knew the verizon reps didn't know much but I gave them a call anyways. They answered my call right away (I gotta give them that). BUT as expected, she didn't know anything! All they do is make up things. I called about my iPhone 6 plus 16GB space gray. Ordered at 11.57pm on 9/11. She told me all 6 plus iPhones won't ship til mid October. I told her people in forums all over the internet were reporting notifications for their 6 plus orders being shipped and she was like you can't just believe what people say, I told her they posted pictures with number and even fedex tracking numbers #. And she's like hm that's weird. From that moment I knew it was a pointless conversation. Either way, I'll leave the order on. One thing I learned though is that I can cancel it at the verizon store in case I make line.

I went to this and it said under "Order Status" that my order had been cancelled. Where it had previously (like 10 minutes ago) said that it was processing.

btw My phone 16gb Iphone 6 gray has shipped and charged.

I switch the SIM from my iPhone 5S to my G3 all the time and I have never had an issue.

Ok, both my reps told me my phone had already shipped, despite having a 10/7 ship date. One guy didn't even know the iPhone is released Friday. They are BEYOND CLUELESS.

Your not the only one. 3 orders cancelled in 2 days has me beyond pissed. I'm on the phone with verizon right now as well and they aren't telling me sh**!
 
Tell them you want to cancel if they don't put you back in queue, they never want that.

Oh, yeah I plan on it! We will wait in line on Friday at Apple if we need to. There is no way I am waiting for the phones we were supposed to get and were so excited to be getting on 9/19.

It completely shocks me that Verizon can **** something seemingly as simple as keeping an order that was made. What is the point of it!? We were approved for Edge. And it went to the fraud department and was cleared. We jumped through EVERY freaking hoop but still there's always something. :mad:

same situation! I will cancel my order by tomorrow if I am not promised 9/19 delivery
 
Email from Verzion

After seeing multiple shipping/delivery dates and multiple calls into Verizon I finally got someone who hopefully is telling the truth. She told me my 6+ 16gb space grey will ship on the 19th. She even had an email sent stating that for proof. Attached is the email. Hope she is right!

They said they reopened my order with a specialist, as the system mistakenly canceled my order. I am suppose to be getting two e-mails, but haven't got them. It has only been about ~10 minutes. They said if I didn't get the e-mails to call back. I'll call them in 4-5 hours if I do not receive it.
