Just got an email my cc was declined; called my bank and then submitted over the phone with Verizon so I imagine everything's still good.
 
I havent seen anyone with a 10/7 date get shipping info. So far only the 9/19 and not all of them have even received shipping info

We probably aren't going to for another 2 weeks....if that. We still have 3 weeks exactly till the deliver by date. Dont expect anything sooner I'm sure our iPhones aren't even assembled yet.
 
Mine has been at 10/14 ever since I ordered it at 11 PM on the 13th. I registered as a new customer, transferred my number over from AT&T, and there's no way as of right now to go any further. I just got a confirmation of my purchase in email form immediately after and nothing since.

I've seen where people are getting orders on 10/7 who ordered after me. Mine is a 128 GB Space Gray 6.
 
My order is still pending. 128GB 6+ in Silver. Ordered first thing when pre-orders went live on Verizon's site at like 2:45am ET. Got confirmation shortly after. My card has been charged. But order tracking shows 0 information. Only thing that is different is that it only shows my order number and not pre-order number. Also it says my order date is 9/13 which is a lie, I ordered this on 9/12.

You're still ahead of the curve. We ordered the same model, same order and delivery-by dates, and my cc still hasn't been charged.
 
So I ordered a whopping 19 minutes after the pre-order started, and my email confirmation said 10/14. I called Verizon today and they told me 10/7, while other reports say I will get my phone on the 19th on release day.

This is so frustrating (as I see from this thread).

Anyone order an iPhone 6 Plus (Space Grey) after 3:19 a.m. ET on Friday and already have shipping info? My order status is inconsistent or non-existent.

I think at this point you can only trust what your pre-sale confirmation email states...

I ordered about 15 after pre-sale started and my delivery date states 9/19... Although I have yet to hear anything else since 9/12.

so I call Verizon and I'm told that, despite getting my confirmation email at 2:58 AM EST, and my email stating DELIVERY BY 09/19, it will only be SHIPPED on Sept. 19th.
Say what? Why? I mean its not as frustrating as other people having theirs pushed back to October and having their orders cancelled over and over again, but damn... I was still one of the first to get through. I'm legitimately mad right now. I had let my building's resource center it was coming that day and everything (usually they hold packages an extra day before notifying you they're there, so i made sure they'd let me know right away) ugh :mad::mad::mad::confused:

For those that have received tracking numbers...

How long did it take to go from having a pending charge on your credit card to getting the tracking number?

I ordered three 4.7" 6 Friday morning at 4:45am on the VZ site.

My Amex card shows the pending charge for the three phones since yesterday.
 
I've been on a roller coaster since Friday. I preordered a few minutes before 3AM on 9/12. Order confirmation was received minutes later with an expected delivery date of 9/19 for my 128GB 6+ and 64GB 6. I'm a new vzw customer btw.

As of now, I have not been charged and still get the "we've received your order…" BS.

I've called several reps, each gave me a different answer. Finally today someone tells me my order is incomplete. They forward me to a dept that has no idea what that means or what to do. They forward me back, and I'm then told that my order experienced an error and will have to be rebuilt and then I'll have to call back and initiate "jump the line" request to get my phone.

After I completed a whole new order and called back, I'm informed by the rep that my original order is fine and is stuck in a "pre" state until it ships. She said that the warehouse is working through them and I should be charged and get a notification soon.

At this point, I have no idea what to believe. I am thinking about standing in line at an apple store on Friday, getting my devices, and then canceling my preorder if I don't get a shipment notice by then. This is absurd!

$1 says you get your phone on the 19th. Verizon's reps seem to be confused by "deliver by" and "shipped by", as they are inconstant with terminology on their systems. Shipping Friday without Saturday delivery would be just silly.

The last 4 iPhone preorders they always say ship by (release date) and every year we get all worried and hassle the reps who say oh yeah that sucks it will ship on that date, and then we get them launch day. Point in case this time when I called a rep to order my phone, ended up completing online later but thats besides the point, he tried to talk me into 19.99 priority overnight because the phones where shipping on the 19th not delivered by. I said f that. Sure enough I have a tracking number with a delivery by 430 on Friday. So experience tells me this, barring some natural disaster that disrupts FedEX's logistics.

I would take that with a grain of salt... the customer support people are the "bottom feeders" on the verizon food chain. They are not provided with a lot of accurate information.

I think the other people who's orders are "pushed back" is because they ordered later in the pre-sale. Just go by what your email confirmation told you, not the update online.

My email states 9/19, online it's been 9/19, 10/7, 10,24 and unavailable.

Past experiences mean nothing. You cannot promise someone something that is beyond your control. Yes, most likely if the email has the 9/19 date, they're good. But to promise someone something based on past experience means nothing.
