Verizon told me that the tracking number is for a batch of phones and not for yours in particular. Don't know if she was telling the truth or not.
 
I Just Called Verizon on the charge thing. Basically, If your card was charged, your phone is being shipped. if not. your still in processing. :cool: Verizon sez they will not charge you credit/debit card until the day of shipping.

Not sure. Got charged on Saturday and still no shipping number.

I hope that's not true. Then they would have to change tracking numbers to show you when it arrives at your house.
 
I chatted with 20 Verizon reps total. They are telling me so many different stories. They don't even know anything. Some saw my account with expected ship date and some take a look at current Verizon page, obtaining late shipping info depends on the model. ******* these reps. I ordered mine iPhone 6+ 64GB Space Grey at 3:30 AM (EST). I am pretty sure I will get it by 9/19. Then I will laugh at these reps, and I will also complain it to Verizon and they will fire so many reps. I saved 20 Verizon reps names to my notepad.

Just got an e-mail saying my order has been canceled.

Still don't know the reason either.

Have you called verizon to find out a reason why your order was cancelled? I've literally have 4 orders cancelled in 2 days without a reason why they have been cancelled.

For those that have received tracking numbers...

How long did it take to go from having a pending charge on your credit card to getting the tracking number?

I ordered three 4.7" 6 Friday morning at 4:45am on the VZ site.

My Amex card shows the pending charge for the three phones since yesterday.

Ordered 2x 6 16GB Space Gray, billed to my Verizon account. Confirmation email came through just after 4:00 AM CDT on 9/12. My order showed received an in process until late last night, 11:00 PM or so. The order history page on my Verizon account showed my equipment purchases and had receipts on the documents section. Woke up this morning and tracking info was in the order history section. About 4 hrs later I had shipping confirmation emails from Verizon.

Finally called Verizon, man they dumb. That's all I'm gonna say.

Doubt I'm getting mine the 19th. Still waiting for credit card charge, but there is still a couple more days for them to do that I guess.
 
Finally my order status has updated to check back tomorrow. 64+ will arrive on 9/19!

Don't give up hope now... I haven't receive a shipping notice or cc charge yet either. I don't think there are a lot of people from the southern california area that have posted their shipping confirmations. I am assuming I'll hear something tomorrow or wednesday at the latest. We still have time!!

Don't really understand why so many people are going crazy and constantly bombarding these reps with calls and chats when they already know they aren't going to get the answer they want to hear. Just chill out and wait it out. If your confirmation date says delivered by 9/19, why worry? If you don't get your phone on 9/19 then feel free to rip them a new one. Don't get me wrong if my delivered by date said 9/19 on my confirmation and it changed to October, of course i would contact VZW reps. I'm simply talking about the people that are just waiting for their cards to be charged and to receive a tracking number. The whole complaining and getting reps fired and leaving VZW is just beyond ridiculous.

A bit overkill no? I'm sure no one is going to lose their job over your delayed iPhone shipment...your a drop in the bucket.
 
-Ordered 64 Gig Space Gray 6 Plus on verizon's website
-Had confirm email at 3:56am: Delivery date Sept 19
-Card was charged the full amount on Saturday
-Status page says: Product Name:Apple® iPhone® 6 Plus 64GB in Space Gray
Status:Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later.

I assume i'll see it Friday...no???
