I ordered around 12:02pst, Iphone 6+ 64GB gold. Got the confirmation email around 4am saying 9/19 delivery. On Saturday, VZ tried to charge my card and got declined. I spoke with the rep saturday evening and they tried again. Charge shows up on my CC on Saturday 9pm. My status still says processing, no available date. Should I be worried?

Maybe call the CC company to see why it's being declined. Mine is still pending, but the full amount showed up last night and then I got tracking info today.
 
Reading some of these responses are funny lol real funny. This guy drew88 is crazy lol but I like em. Well I'm getting my 6 plus on the 19 and I have all of my info and stuff. I'm just reading this just to have something else to do besides work in the in between time lol. Keep up the good work guys.

What are steps are you going through after dialing? None that I tried pointed me to tracking info.

When i called that number from the line i did the upgrade on it went straight to a recording saying the ship date and carried by FedEx. After the recording it gave me an option to have a text sent with the tracking number. Tracking number showed it was picked up and is waiting at my local FedEx location in Memphis TN. So im guessing that if your phone has been picked up by the carrier and you call the 800 922 0204 from the line you upgraded you will get the recording and tracking number. If it has not been shipped you will be taken to the main menu.

order placed at 1:58 am CST with a confirmation email right after.
CC charged around time the phone was picked up by FedEx

After posting this i was curious and called the 800 number again. This time it went to the main menu. I selected option 4 and when asked what im calling about i said order status. it asked for billing passcode and then confirmed my order number and it gave me the recording saying it has been processed and has been picked up for 2 day shipping. Then the option for tracking number text.

I have 4 Apple Stores within 15 miles of my house. I guarantee they will all have huge lines and limited supplies (especially the 6+) on 9/19. My only option of getting a phone on launch day was pre-sale. Hopefully it all works out as planed.

Its the end of Monday and I still have no update on my order. It still says processing with a estimated shipping of 10/14/14 but my email say 9/19/2014. I'm really close to Memphis though which is where a ton of phones are shipping from. I'm about an hour and a half from there so maybe they are just waiting to ship it.

I ordered 2 iphone 6+s 16GB Grey and Gold at 2:01 central Friday morning.
 
Verizon Cancelled my order

Long story short, my order was cancelled (placed at 3:04am) because I didn't agree to the terms of service. I never received any indication (even after several calls to support and the lovely fraud department) that I needed to do this. After receiving the email that a new order has been placed, I call back in and ask why. This was the reason given and the new order would suffer the same unless I finished the order by agreeing to the terms of service. I asked where this was because I never got any indication to do so. She said online or over the phone. This time when logging into my account, I see it in big bold red letters to finish my order. So apparently Verizon's online order system was f'd and some are paying the price.
So I will be one of the lemmings in line in the middle of the night waiting at a Verizon store for the phone I already know they won't have, but I gotta try anyway.

Yes you should. The same thing happened to me. I called the Internet Orders department (thanks to someone on here posting the number, 866.338.7390) and talked to three people. The first two said it looked like I would get my phone (iPhone 6+ 64GB Silver) in mid October. I asked to speak to a supervisor the second time and the supervisor said since it wasn't my fault, she would put a "Jump the Line" request in to put me back in the same order I was before. Basically when your card is declined, they send you to the back even though they say you have 7 days to resolve it, it just cancels if you don't resolve it.
 
None yet...credit card charged but still says check tmrw. I would imagine by tomorrow we should see something.

This brings me solace. To know that I am not alone. To know that my travails are shared, that this ordeal is just part of the great iHuman condition. I weep :apple:tears.

depending on where you are located. You might have the option of hitting up on of the authorized sellers that have a 'preorder' (really waiting list). Just need to be on the top of the list. This worked out fine last year (albeit, the demand was a lot lower).

See I got that same thing. even my confirmation is Time Stamped 0/12/2014 at 1235am. So I'm going WTF???:eek: Welp. I'll wait and see thurday I guess

No problem. Not worried at all. If my card wasn't charged then I would be. My status had updated Saturday afternoon. Their system is all screwed up so I wouldn't be surprised if tracking numbers start popping up sometime tomorrow from this shipping location.
