I was considering getting a glass shield for my phone too..which is weird, b/c I'm usually not a shield fan. I just think they all look bad except for the glass and maybe the smudge proof one.
 
So I was the one that had my pre orders cancelled several times. I re pre ordered earlier this afternoon and I finally received my new confirmation email. Here's to hoping everything goes through even tho I didn't get the color I want

I have one on my 5S and my iPad Air. Both are chipped and cracked. Zagg has lifetime replacements, but not sure how good the glass shields protect the device. They look and feel so much better though.

When I called customer service they wouldn't due anything at all for me. I was originally pre ordering a 128gb space gray iphone 6 which was suppose to be delivered on the 19. But since last night the space gray 128gb wouldn't be shipped tell 10/07. So I went with a 128gb silver which I'll get on release day if the order goes through this time. On launch day I'm going to try and see if I can exchange in store for a space gray.

I am buying my phone through Edge and it is my first Edge purchase. I have a tracking number for my husband's 6 but nothing on my 6+ yet. I have called twice and both times they have assured me that I will have my phone on or before 10/7. It's funny how they always make a point of saying on or before, not just by, especially since I was complaining about having set my alarm for 2:50 am to order these phones, having both phones in my cart but the system not letting me order two Edge phones at the same time and then getting the ECPD error until ultimately I couldn't place my orders until 3:45. The first 64 GB gold 6 Plus I had in my cart had a delivery date of 9/19, by the time I suffered through all their shenanigans I got bumped back to 10/7. Sucks!
 
Verizon Order status just changed the ship date from 10/14/14 to Unavailable at this time.. Thats a good thing right? It still says your order is being processed...

Which glass protector did you get? I was looking at the Zagg HDX.
 
My FedEx Vzw.com ordered iPhone 6 128GB Space Gray ordered 12:35 Friday morning has been sitting in Memphis for the past two days. Got picked up and then moved to main Memphis hub on Saturday night. Guess its waiting for Wed or Thurs to make the trip to the west coast, then it will be out for delivery Friday morning.

My case is being shipped via UPS (separate order from the Apple site) and will arrive tomorrow. So I get to play with the case waiting for the iPhone 6.

When my iPhone 6 arrives I'm off to the Apple store to get AppleCare+. Good things its fairly close by.

My wife has the ZAGG glass protector on her phone and it's pretty awesome. She also has the Spigen Ultra Hybrid case, which doesn't add much bulk at all. That's why I went with that combo for the new 6+. I have a Lifeproof case on my 5, but can't go that big with such a big phone. Must stay away from the pool and cups of coffee!

I may test it out. I get a discount on them at my job, so why not? Guess I'll charge myself for putting it on too, #

Hmm. Well my location code is 1456901, order number 2108***. Most location codes I have seen start with a letter and mine is all numbers, wonder what that means. God, I am way overanalyzing this, if I weren't so anxious to get this stupid phone this would be comical! :eek:
 
I just go with good ole plastic screen protectors by tech armor. Im not a fan of how thick the glass screen protectors are.. even if there is such a little difference, probably .3mm, I notice it :confused:

Just an assumption, but I haven't read anyone from SoCal saying they have had their cards charged and tracking number issued.

Have you come to any understanding about what order locations are Southern California? For instance I live in Montana and my order location is: W779301. Obviously, there would be no shipping locations anywhere near Montana and perhaps it is shipping from California.
