VZW Order Status Thread

No updated order status :(

It would seem like many people are getting the e-mail that they'll be receiving their iPhones soon.

I placed my order at 12:10am on Friday. As of right now, no updates to it. I have called Verizion several times and they assure me that I will receive it on Friday.

Sadly, I have very little confidence that that will happen. I better start planning on standing in line on Friday. :(

My iPhone 6 Plus ordered from verizon is on track to be delivered on the 19th. My card has been charged and I have the tracking info. Someone said no one from the SoCal area (except for one) has mentioned they're on track for a 9/19 delivery, so I said I have. I'm sure there are more, considering how large SoCal is.

I had to verify my cc purchase with BofA. The said they were concerned because I was in California and the charge was in New Jersey. I'm guessing I wasn't charged taxes because it was an out of state purchase.

I am also in this location code and haven't been charged for the phones yet. Ordered a 64GB ip6+ and 128GB ip6+ both grey. I ordered mine at 1:54 am CST.

For all of those getting their orders cancelled: just go to a retail store. Even if you're not the first in line, you're likely to get what you want unless you live in a large city (LA, NYC, Chicago, etc.).

For example, a few years ago my order was cancelled and I drove to one of the many Verizon stores in the area, grabbed the exact iPhone/capacity I wanted at 12:30 in the afternoon. So, that is always an option.

Yeah, I would LOVE to be able to "just go to a retain store". The closest Apple Store to me is close to 2 hours away......... :mad:
 
placed my order a little after 2AM. received a order confirmation email about 3:48AM according to the email. I have a delivery date of 9.19. 64GB Gold .
the credit card has been charged since saturday and i already have a tracking number too.

I'm absolutely livid. I hammered the refresh button starting 10 minutes before 3 and I had my confirmation by 2:58am. Did they screw over anyone else?

Two of them got the 6+, however they ordered from Apple. As far as I know, I'm the only one who ordered a 6+ through Verizon. What's the status of your order? My preorder went through just after midnight and I got my confirmation email around 12:45am. They just barely charged my card last night around this time, so I'd say if you don't see any change by Tues/Wed, give em a call to inquire, but I'm sure they'll update your status.

I might have missed it, but when is your initial delivery date?

BS! You get an iPhone for no interest over 20 months. If I put it on a credit card I would be paying interest. 20 months, no interest, $25.00 per line bill credit, no contract. What's not to like?

Exactly! If you have the 10GB of data, you get the $25 discount. Works out to $150 cheaper than getting it in a contract.

It looks like the iPhone 6 128+ phones shipping to the Ny/NJ/Metro area and surrounding states are not shipping or charging yet. Let's hold on a bit a longer, maybe tomorrow or even wednesday morning before we flip out.

I, of course, will be freaking out 12 times an hour.

I think we should disregard the original post; I looked at the link and it is to an article from July 2013 - the Edge plan has been revised since that time so OP is not even trashing Edge with good info :eek:

Wow, well I have a 64GB Silver Plus but let's hope they're simply shipping them out later/awaiting a shipment and aren't just late to the party :confused:
 
We had to call them and confirm we ordered our phones in order for them to charge my card... Got our tracking number and shipping confirmed today. Email says our 64GB 6 in gold for me and 64GB 6+ in space gray for the fiance will be here Friday. We ordered at 3:05-ish last Friday.

But since last night the space gray 128gb wouldn't be shipped tell 10/07. So I went with a 128gb silver which I'll get on release day if the order goes through this time. On launch day I'm going to try and see if I can exchange in store for a space gray.

EDIT: Still shows canceled when I check the order status page, but now in my notification it shows that the device is shipped on 9/15/14. It was not there before today!

I ordered just after midnight as well... got my confirmation about a hour later with a delivery date of 9/19. As of yet, no charges to my cc, no shipping confirmation. My "upgrade" status has changed though as it shows I have pending orders, but nothing in my order status. Pre-order status show "shipping date unavailable at this time."

I called verizon the other day and they said "don't worry, it will be delivered on the date stated on my pre-sale confirmation."

I'm not too worried, I would just like a more solid confirmation status. I plan on calling again if nothing shows by wednesday night.
