hi guys! i'm reading this thread since page 273 or so and today I decided to say hello! I think we are getting something today, this Nike-thing sounds interesting O_O
Those employees sound so cool. The ones at my Apple Store are a little grumpy and dont know anything. They dont acknowledge the fact that the current models are so outdated.
The only positive thing about the new MacBook Pro's not having been announced yet, is that we can freely dream about features that we would like. If I could use the Apple Pen from the ipad Pro on the track pad, I would be ecstatic! That would be sweeeeeet!
1585 Days since last overhaul/redesign/ major update.

Lets face it, Tim could come on this thread,post badge and everything, and we wouldn't believe him or any other "employee" for that matter. He'd probably be called a troll. We're like those monkeys sprayed with water, the newbies don't know why Serban is a meme or why we just don't talk about Kaby Lake for the 15". If you do you'll be raked over the coals.

Hey guys, just got word back from Tim. After two weeks he finally got back to my email.
He says that the Macbook Pro line has been cancelled, unfortunately (presumably because iPhones themselves are profitable enough).
Looks like we waited for nothing.

Since we're all grasping at straws for some information, I'll go ahead and share this.
I just had a live chat with a customer service representative from the SF Bags Waterfield Sleeve for the MBP. I referenced the link and the section where it says the sale is until the 27th, in anticipation for the new MacBook Pros, and he said he didn't know when they're coming out. He did say that it could be information that the "higher ups" in the company had, but he couldn't ask them for me (as expected).
I'm sure he just said that higher-ups part to please me, and I played along with it, but yeah. Hopefully he's (and all of us) are right!

Common sense dictates that the new MacBook Pro is coming this October/November and not in March. Apple has been waiting for the AMD Polaris GPU, so they couldn't launch it during the WWDC. Now they cand. March 2017 doesn't make any sense because there are no new CPUs or GPU by then that they can be waiting for.
