The OLED bar seems like such a long persistent rumor on the 15" MBP, and I feel like that's going to be in the new 15" MBP.
I agreed, but how useful will it be? I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around its functionality. Will it be touch sensitive, if so, is this apple's way of add touch screen to the MBP?

Nah, I would think that you could setup your own shortcut keys/icons in both Finder and Apps. Could be pretty cool, if Adobe adapt this in their CC apps. Yes, I'm looking at you, InDesign CC!

Wow awesome information. Never knew that. Check this article out for more info:

https://www.capitalone.com/credit-cards/blog/extended-product-warranties/

Guys use your credit card.

Wonder if it means anything that my Apple Credit card limit was raised so I had plenty of credit available to buy a new MacBook Pro? LOL Do they know something we don't know? LOL

I'll take the 0% interest for 2 years they offer and then buy Apple Care+ with their money. And I'll get some nice Apple Store or iTunes gift cards too!

My Barclay card limit was also raised very recently... Hmmmm....

Don't you need to have opened the account within the last 30 days to get the 0% interest though?

That's ALL SO TRUE, most of that stuff has been PURPOSELY PURGED from my memory... THANKS! but no thanks for refreshing the garbage... I tend to only remember the highlights of the past. If I wanted to do a research paper on Windows/Microsoft, I would probably use most of wikipedia or other google sources. I was just passing bye...

p.s. if you want some tips on how to actually purge things from your own brain cells, I could give you some pointers
Like most of this would matter to the average Mac user:

Apple went from chip to chip:

6502 (Apple //e, among other chips)
68000 (dropping support for 6502)
68020 (leaving 68000 unable to run newer software)
68030 (leaving non PMU guys in the cold)
601 (with emulation for 680xx, but leaving then in the dust with...)
604 (even leaving some 601 in their wake)
G3/G4/G5 (same thing all previous unable to run NEW Wares)
x86 (with PPC emulation)
x64 (leaving 32 bit guys out to dry)

Get real...

Of course not, that would be un-Apple-like

I think I could argue either way being apple-like:

The majority of iphone users have PCs, so rather than tick them off by making them buy a separate legacy USB cable, they stick with the old cable. They are used to screwing over mac users anyway.

or

The majority of iphone users use PCs, so there is more money to be had making them buy a separate legacy USB cable, so they switch to USB-C with it. The mac users are going to have to buy a half dozen dongles anyway.
