Waiting for Skylake MBP thread

Apple.com for me is working and Haswell Macbook Pro is still their more powerful laptop.

Here is a question, given that Apple are usually underpowered computers, is it ok to keep your laptop running at maximum with fans going like crazy and CPU reach 90C(194F) or is this a formula to destroy your laptop?

Briefly, it's safe. I've pushed my 2011 to the limits. Your laptop won't be destroyed.😉

yeah stores are down. UK as well.. I really am wondering if it's better off going to the store today in person. All signs seem to be pointing towards that.

I walked past the local apple store yesterday (around 9 pm, they were closed already) and there were 2 big trucks parked in front of it and they were loading a bunch of boxes into the store.

If anything they would be getting delivered this evening

God I can't believe it, I entered university back in 2013 and been saving for a Mac ever since. Can't believe the day has come.

Guys, it's been a fantastic journey, thank you all for making the wait a lot more managable, if it wasn't for all the laughs I had here I wouldn't made it so far.
