Show me a leaked 6850HQ with Intel 580 then I'll get excited. Intel has been releasing the lower CPUs like clockwork from beginning. The high-end quad core i7s have yet to be seen. All the PC manufacturers are just using the baseline 6700HQ. They can of course, get away with it since they are using dGPUs anyway.
Wrong CPU. Intel ARK has the 6267U, not the 6567U.

Drivers and it being a test machine would be my guess. The 6GB of RAM screams some type of prototype logicboard.
The sad part is, Apple choosing to go with a more thermally constrained design and just letting the CPU throttle is totally Apple-like. Probably the number one reason why I'm partially scared of a new redesign.
Well, 1st generations of new Apple designs don't always have the all problems worked out—but, I think a fan-less design like the MacBook could, potentially, have a nice long service life.
Though a 28Watt part in a fanless design seems like a tight squeeze.
