i've currently got the bamboo film from dBrand on my iPhone 6 and absolutely love it...it's got a faux wood texture and is cut to perfectly line up with the holes. So I'm considering the same for my MBP when it arrives and once they make them for the new design.

Tempted to do the same thing. There's cheaper used items on CL and eBay, but those don't give me an out if Apple releases something at WWDC.
You're reading that wrong. There are not two independent clauses here. There is an independent and a dependent clause.
They looked at B&H camera's website and gave it to me for the price they had. Of course since B&H doesn't charge shipping, the total including tax was more.

So, say they announce the new Macbook Pro at WWDC.. How will that affect the prices on the current model? Will it go down instantly? How much? Will Apple still sell them and/or offer financing on them? Thanks for any input
