Okay. I wasn't sure because Dean Yu's photos above show the two placed on top of one another and they looked like they were the same size. Obviously I don't know what kind of image manipulation was used, so I wasn't sure.

However, it seems as if the computer itself is the same width, right? After all, each keycap is 17% larger and they managed to add speakers on each side of the keyboard. Knowing this, is it definitely possible for the dimensions of the MBP to shrink? I mean, it would have to, otherwise the only way to decrease the bezels would be to go up to 14".

Okay after going through that information...I think its safe to assume that 14" is an option. The bezels surely (99%) will be thinner than the current rMBP, based on deductions made from the 12" rMB. So I think we might see an even lineup from Apple this time around. ;)

Man this is looking even better by the day. I always preferred the 15" over the 13"..but loved the latter's portability. 14'' would be perfect harmony for me.

14" and 16" inch mbp huh. Will 17 inch users be satisfied with 16"? I will be but I was willing to use 15" either way.

I scaled the leaked image so that the notch to open the display fit. The keyboard on my manipulation is the keyboard of 12" MB, and I found it actually fit into the keyboard holes of the image. Since the keycaps of the 12" MB are generally larger than the 13", I believe it is quite accurate.

And my 15" screen is nice, but bigger is better! A 16" MBP with thinner bezels? I'd just go crazy for one of those. I already think they are portable enough as is, so I'm fine with that.

Yes.
I'd be very happy with 16" :)

...but what if they just stop at 14" for the pro machines and make the 13.6 rMB (which @Serban states they're making) to fill in the 13" gap for those that don't require 'the power'?

One machine 'to rule them all' !?!?!?

No, I don't think that'll happen. Cause based on @Dean Yu's photo analysis, the chassis size remains the same. At that size, and looking like its going to be as thin as the thickest part of the rMB, I don't think a 45 W processor, or a dGPU will fit in there. So I'm sure there's going to be a power horse 16".

Well, it would be crummy of them to start offering iPhones and iPad Pros in multiple sizes and then offer the rMBP in only a 14" variant. 14" is no bueno for me. 15" or 16" is what I want and I can't image feeling like anything else is acceptable.

Wait so, the chassis is the same size.
That means if they reduce the bezels some it would be a screen size of a little bit above the 13.3in.

I mean how much bigger do you think they can make the display, by only reducing bezel size ?

There's currently about an inch of wasted diagonal length in the 13.3" rMPB, so certainly 14" is possible even with the exact same chassis footprint?

UPDATE:
I was quite surprised. The thickness remains unchanged... or my eyesight?
Working on the img #3 now

Due to the lack of better quality image, the bottom curve of the "prototype" is unknown.

Great leaks so far.
4 USB ports. 1 is for charging (hopefully with own magsafe 3 or 3rd party solution - http://9to5mac.com/2016/01/04/magsafe-adpater-12-inch-macbook/ will be needed.)
Good for wireless internet, bad for cabled internet. Hopefully dongles will be capable to hande multi sources like Charging, monitor and internet cable for example.

Keep in mind it is 13 inch.
Probably 15 inch will add SD card reader or whatever.

BTW, have you noticed the arcticle here https://www.macrumors.com/2016/05/31/macbook-pro-leaked-photos-oled-touch-panel/ still says " but if Kuo's information is accurate, we will need to wait until the fall months to see the launch of the new devices." Hope they interpret it wrong.
