You're not helping yourself, or your company, by posting here... I know NOTHING about this whole situation, don't care a lick about it (other than it does appear that while you haven't done anything technically illegal you are flirting with some ethics issues in terms of the dev teams intellectual property- that's not cool), but don't understand your goal for posting here.. Keep in mind, I don't have a dog in this fight- never used your product, prolly never will since I'm perfectly happy with my unlocked iPhone, but I do find the whole jailbreaking thing confusing so you never know... Basically, I'm about as neutral as you can get on this subject...

As a neutral party I have to say that I'm MUCH more inclined to avoid your company as a result of your decision to throw yourself into this online pissing match.. Every company has people that complain loudly about them online.. You don't see serious, reputable, CEO's on internet forums fighting the fight... Hell, Steve Jobs' company, his personal life & his products get complained about on this VERY FORUM way more than your company... Just ignore it- you're only making matters worse for yourself..

F*CK OFF!!! Scammers like this mother of 2 wanna be have to be eliminated from the Internet. Also, we can pull the logs and see right thru the IP addresses of all those new posters... all of them back to you, coincidence? They don't happen in real life.

You do not have a service company, you have a scamming company and the whole internet will realize your scam. A*shole

LIke I said, he's flirting with ethics issues regarding intellectual property... I don't understand all of those rules- most people don't as they tend to be exploited on a regular basis- but as I pointed out I'm not comfortable with his actions in this regard..

Not sure what you're asking me? No, I'm NOT comfortable with this guy, his service, or his lack of ethics.. It also makes no sense to me that he somehow thinks he has something to gain by posting here... It's an incredibly poor decision on his part

Fraud is not an ethics issue... It's not legal. Regardless of IP laws he's claiming he has built software that he has not build. That's fraud.

EDIT: so yeh all this jody sanders talk got me googling about all his scamming again, was looking through his site out of boredom and a couple things make me laugh...
1) he claims to be the only legitimate iphone unlock website
2) links to a page of iphone unlock scam sites
3) the pic of jody is falsified on his own website..... if you want to talk about the staff and include yourself why would you include a false picture of yourself?

I have tried many times to call your Birmingham office and Stoke office - have left various messages and have sent quite a number of emails.

Some customer service advice. It doesn't take much to pick up the phone and reassure someone that you are looking into things for them. At this moment in time I think I've been done by a scammer and am shortly to instigate an investigation/refund with VISA.

I have an orange 3g iphone 3.1.3 that I'm trying to use a 3 sim card in. I have no comms at all.

Look up this problem please (there are many emails from me - see my user name) and have the decency to get back to me by email or phone.

I don't mind paying for this service as I am a novice and your initial instructions were easy to follow but I do object to being ripped off by someone purporting to be able to do a job when they can't.

Show others that you are not a scammer. I am willing to write on this forum again - in praise of your service - as long as you get back to me soon!

If you want I can walk you through it. If you're running a 3G you can be jailbroken and unlocked in seconds.

Not that it says 3.1.2. If your phone is running 3.1.3 you'll be OK. Just follow the directions exactly and download the 3.1.2 in the first step and use that. Apple made very few changes to 3.1.3 so the jailbreak will still work.

Come back here for support and you'll have an answer within a few minutes.

please do not misguide users, the baseband for 3.1.3 has NOT been unlocked, iphoneunlockuk offer to unlock the 3.1.3 baseband but they cannot just like the rest of the world, yes you can jailbreak the 3.1.3 firmware with 3.1.2 ipsw file with redsn0w but you CANNOT unlock 3.1.3.

best option for jtween is to ring orange and see if they can offer an unlock.

Oh I didn't realize what exactly he meant. I'm not sure what country he's in but I know O2 does unlocks.

My B! The directions from me were for jailbreak. Not even Jody can unlock your phone and that's why he's not responding to you.
 
Jody wont respond cause he knows what he's doing is wrong he's a scammer and he has no case to hold his end of the argument up with lol

why dont you ever answer the phone when i call or reply to my emails because i asked for a refund ?????? why did you say in march 2010 you can unlock your iphone on 3.1.3 then when the purchase was made say i have to wait until april 3 rd for new software!!!!! then say that i have to wait until may !!!!then june its a con give me my money back !!!!!!!!!!

i have reported this company to trading standards and to nochex who they use for payments trading standards are investigating them as are nochex

this a thread that was started in 2008. then bumped in march of this year. You are now posting to it after it has been dead for 4 months.
Dont expect a response.

Stupid me

Well I stupidly signed up because I believed they would be able to unlock my 3gs running os 4. I am still waiting for the software! Below is the information from my personal account page. It will make you angry!

Unlock the iPhone 3GS running iOS 4

UPDATE: Saturday 24th July - if you already have your unlock, please ignore this message. We are aware of a couple of issues with unlocks not being issued for certain IMEI blocks and are busy working this weekend on a fix, however due to "all hands on deck", messages sent to support won't be answered until Monday. If you have any issues please wait until then.
UPDATE: Thurs 22nd July - we're pleased the unlocks have started feeding through now from our server. Follow the instructions you received on email to install the App. If you haven't yet received your unlock, don't panic - the remainder are queued for today and tomorrow. We apologise for the tardiness of the service, its just we had a huge backlog and had to implement special measures to prevent scam sites re-selling our app hence why each one is tailored to your IMEI.

If you haven't authorised your IMEI yet, please follow the instructions below otherwise you won't receive your unlock details via email.

UPDATE: Saturday 17th July - updated for 4.0.1

You must prepare your handsets now for your unlock by sending us your IMEI and authorising your device. We realise this additional step is cumbersome but had to do it to prevent piracy of our app.

Step 1: Connect your handset to your computer

Step 2: Double click 'Jailbreak Prepare' application and simply click 'Save my SHSH'. This may take a while if the Cydia server is busy. If it doesn't respond, then simply Click 'Advanced' and then click 'Apple' then save your SHSH again.
Important: If you get the error CYDIA DOES NOT HAVE YOUR SHSH FOR iPhone3GS 4.0 (8A293) THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO GET THEM. SORRY. YOU ARE JUST TOO LATE. then simply update to iOS 4.0.1 using iTunes and then r-rerun Jailbreak-Prepare.

Step 3: You've now sent us your IMEI and your unlock will be shortly issued. DONT ASK WHEN! WE ARE TOO BUSY TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS

Not sure where to start in order to get a refund. I just want to use my iphone as a phone!

I assume that at the moment an iphone 3gs with firmware 05.13.04 running os 4 cannot yet be jailbroken or unlocked?

you'd have to be an idiot to deal with any of these bloodsuckers when the JB is as easy as it was with spirit.

Well I do not consider myself to be an idiot, but you are entitled to your view. I accept I made a bad judgement but that does not make me an idiot. Everybody makes mistakes.
