Updated iOS 9 to beta 2 earlier. I'm a non developer though. Would like to push the update to the watch but not sure where else I can get the configure file. Any clues so I can install beta on the watch as well? Other than being a developer obviously?

I just sent you a PM message

I am a bit confused about this? I dont see any kind of profile in my iPhone 6+ nor on the watch? Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Cheers
Did you ever had tried to install the profile config file? If you still with os 1.0.1 - no such profile appears. Just try and install it.

Get the file on your phone then have it install the profile on your Watch. Make sure the old one is deleted before hand in Apple Watch App>General>Profiles.

Mine's installing without my deleting the old profile, although I don't get any progress update. Does the progress ring appear after the "installing on watch" in the phone's Watch app is complete?

Edit: I only have one profile listed on the relevant Watch page after downloading the new config.

Edit 2: Regardless, after deleting that one profile and reinstalling the new one, I got a progress bar on the watch at the second attempt.

I'm still getting incorrect weather information for current location on watchOS 2 Beta 2. I'm in Northern Ireland and it thinks I'm here:

I do choose my local town as default location which fixes it but then when you travel it's stays on your local town instead of current location which is a little annoying.

Also in the Watch App on the iPhone the weather icon is missing as shown here:

Last issue I have is the activity rings, watchOS 1.0 when you swiped up used to show my distance in miles which we use in the UK but now has changed to Kilometers as shown here:

Did you install the Watch OS Configuration Profile that came out yesterday for beta 2? It is apparently necessary to get the OTA beta 2 for watch. Also, you need to install the profile twice, once to phone, and once to watch (on phone).

All I did was go back to the developer site and redownloaded the WatchOS configuration profile, emailed it to my phone and launched it both on iPhone and the Watch and restarted both of the devices and it saw the beta 2 in the update.

I did not install the profile on my phone and it worked. The instructions on the developer site say to install on watch, it doesn't mention installing on phone. You shouldn't have to install the profile on the phone.

i had the os configuration from the beta 1 download, i wasn't aware that it had to be downloaded again for each beta,

Question... Are you getting all notifications with beta 2 on your watch?

Well whatever the case it has worked for me regardless if I needed to install on the phone or not. If it was watch only then when you double click on it, it shouldnt give you the phone option to install on but it did and I did it anyway..

Yes I am getting all notifications. If you are not try resetting the watch.

I'm seeing an improved battery but still not great. The 'not great' could be my problem because I've been messing with the reset and stuff. The weather on my watch face shows --. I've done a reset settings and reboot but still not showing. Weather shows up in Glance. Seems more responsive than b1

I'm still paddling in the South Atlantic.

Otherwise all seems good, not really had a chance to test battery out yet.

Beta 2 has been reseeded! Just installed it. So much faster and stable than beta 1!

Do we need iOS 9 on to run/install this watch beta? If not I'm considering putting this beta on my watch for daily use as it seems stable and decent battery from what others have posted

I know it is early. I am glad I held off on Beta 1 due to the battery issues. I know it's been less than a day but can anyone confirm that the watch will last a full day again with Beta 2?
