I know it is early. I am glad I held off on Beta 1 due to the battery issues. I know it's been less than a day but can anyone confirm that the watch will last a full day again with Beta 2?

I only got the update at 10:30ish this morning and it's now 16:30 and my battery on my watch is now 72%

You're getting a replacement watch for one you've installed Beta software on???
Yeah my Haptic was not working since day one, and I thought it would be software related so I updated it to the betas and it still act the same with all the troubleshooting I did with the Apple care advisor. We end up making an appointment for a replacement. This is hardware related not software as we thought.

3 hours usage and I'm sitting at 91% so yeah, should easily last a full day

94% for me with 34 minutes of usage and 2 hours 4 minutes of standby. Battery is doing very well for me.

I've had my watch off the charger since 7:30 this morning, it's now 11:10, and I'm at 91%. That's a massive improvement for me from beta 1.

Battery is also massively improved compared to Beta 1, but I'm not sure if better than 1.0.1

Is the weather still showing --° and not locating correctly?

I installed the AW OS 2 b2 -- all goods for the time being. Battery is decent. A little bit is feel slower then os 1.0.1 but no big issues. The Location service (as was reported above) form time to time shows you are in the middle of the South Atlantic Ocean :) But in minutes it returns back to the correct current location.

Still having issues with this at times

I opened Weather, then it was fine. Before that it was showing the wrong location and no temp. It just said "Weather."

It wasn't right at first, but seems to be now and as of lately.

I'm going back to 1.0.1 for 8.3/8.4 and JB though. Nothing really compelling enough on WatchOS 2.0 anyways to be honest.

So whoever updated to the watchOS beta 2 build that was pulled yesterday is officially screwed and set on this beta build forever.

Apple decided to pull that build then upload a better build to another server that the watches can not reach...so whoever updated to the pulled build...You're in the same boat as me o_O

You'll get Beta 3. Apple know users downloaded the pulled watchOS

You can go back now? How?

Downgrading by sending it off through Apple support.

The builds are actually the same, so I wouldn't sweat it.

I'm trying to figure out if I've done something wrong with my OS2. I reset it this morning but am losing about 1% every time I raise my wrist. It was down to 40% by lunch time. I charged it a little bit to 70% but now it's back down to 63 in less than an hour. The only app that's installed is ESPN. What battery saving things can I do?

I've barely used the watch today, and it's 3PM and I'm at 49%. This is with WatchOS beta 2. It's terrible still. Under 1.01, I would end my work day with over 70%. I also CONSTANTLY see a -- for the temperature, and when I click it, it says I'm in the South Atlantic Ocean.

In the maps app on the watch, tap on the location arrow to pull up the correct location. That will fix the weather complication.

Anyone else having trouble with the taptic notification not working? I'll restart the watch and it will work for a little while, but within a few minutes or a few hours it stops tapping me on new notifications. With beta one I had similar problems, but it would last much longer after a restart... hours or even a day or two. With beta two I'm lucky to go an hour before it stops.

I already unpaired the watch and set it up as a new watch, but I'm getting ready to try that again for lack of anything better to do.
