Disregard, looks like the feature was pulled in 26.1 beta 1

Still not showing up on 26.1 beta or 26.0.2?
 
i seriously cannot check for an update to watchOS 26.1 (b2)

iPhone 17 PM and watch both stuck forever checking. Annoying.

Oh, I totally get that! I had to wait a whole 3 hours for it to download and install after school to right before the Monday night football game. Even with a pretty good internet connection for my Apple Watch to update to 26.1 beta 2.

I’m a bit surprised this beta doesn’t have as many changes as the iOS 26.1 version.
 
Still got the annoying bug where acting on a notification for Messages on the Watch doesn't clear it on my iPhone. Was present on previous iOS 26 betas, and has persisted despite unpairing and paring with my new iPhone (and new Watch)

Mindfulness app now doesn’t have the BPM text on the heart rate to simplify the UI on watchOS 26.1, beta 2

What are your notification settings like on the Apple Watch? Everything mirrored from your iPhone or is it custom?

Short answer - it was an Apple system issue.
Trying *NOT* on WiFi in an airport now immediately popped up 26.1b2.

It always pops up on my end when I use WiFi at my school and at home.
