"We Have an iPhone reserved for you"

And for the record, when I was ordering, it didn't have a delayed delivery date. It said the delivery date was the 19th. But since I'm in the reserve line, I'm confused as to whether or not that date would still apply to me.

Same here. And I can't lookup one of them.
 
FYI- I got the same reservation number but kept on trying. I was using the Apple Store app, not the website which continued to be down.

It finally went through to the follow up screens and I was able to complete my order for an iPhone+ with 128 gb on ATT. Shipment is at 7-10 business days with a delivery date of Oct 1-6 according to the confirmation e-mail.

So I guess keep clicking. Hope this helps.
 
I got the same message. The original delivery date said Sept 19. I'm just wondering if we're going to lose our place in the queue or not.

Worst launch ever.
 
I was given a reservation earlier when I tried placing an order through apple store app. It stated delivery date of 9/19 at that time (Verizon iphone 6 plus, 64gb gray)

I kept trying even though I was given the reservation, I eventually was able to place an order but by then the dates had slipped to ships in 7-10 days

I really hope apple may be able to somehow reconcile this and push my shipping date up. I may even consider cancelling the order I had placed if/when I receive my email for the reservation.

In all, this has been extremely disappointing and I really hope Apple realizes it needs more preparation for a non-s cycle iPhone release.
 
I just got the email right now confirming that the iPhone is being reserved. I think they reserve an iPhone for you depending on the time which you ordered.
 
I am pretty sure as long as you complete the order within the 24 hours of the order email, you will get the phone on the original delivery date. Thats only fair. It probably reserves one of the stock.
 
I finally got the email as well. I can order online now with the 7-10 delivery or wait and hope the reservation kept track of when I was going to originally order with 9/19 delivery date.
 
I got the emails too. Hopefully we will get the 9/19 date like it showed when we placed the reservation. I suppose we will know in a few hours.

Might as well wait at this point. Worst case you have to stand in line or wait more

This happened to me too, except it was still 7-10 days after the reservation notice. I came back 10 minutes later and everything was working, so I placed an order that went through, still at 7-10 days. I agree, Apple should remedy this somehow.
 
I used the chrome incognito method and bought one. Oct 1-6 :(
Also just got the email.
And the apple store is finally up.
 
If people can buy phone again (with waiting times for delivery) we should be able to finish our orders... Weird
 
Strange my wife and I ordered side by side her order went through so smoothly. Me I am left in the dark waiting to see what happens with this

But I already placed my order for 64gig gold Att 6+ and it's 7-10 days for shipping

The reservation email showed up after I already received the confirmation for the order above

This is confusing, at this point I don't even know what I was trying to reserve as I was trying to buy different configurations and now I don't even know what the reservation is for this point

Ugh
