I run my own company, that does a mix of consulting, sales, IT, digital media - my M1 MBP, AW6, iPhone 13 Mini and AirPods Pros are definitely valuable tools to help me achieve the goal of providing for my family. It's amazing what I can achieve with just those 4 pieces of hardware.

I'm also thankful for my notepad and pen ;)

Thankful? I buy Apple products because they're the least annoying. I pay for them and they make a profit. They're doing me no favors.

I am especially thankful for the iPad Pro. While I wish it had more desktop-like software, it has been my daily driver for more than two years and it fails to disappoint my hardware expectations for the most part. Alongside the iPad, my AirPods also play a vital role in my ecosystem and I am excited to upgrade to the new AirPods Pro tomorrow.

The iPad Pro and Apple Pencil - and I’m definitely thankful, because working as an editorial cartoonist and illustrator they were the tools I had been dreaming of for years. I tried to work with Wacom tablets, but drawing on it, while looking at the computer screen to be able to see the strokes etc., never worked out for me. A Cintiq was above my budget and they weren’t as portable as an iPad. Earlier, while travelling, I had to lug along a MacBook, a flatbed scanner, a block with paper, a collection of pens and pencils etc. That added up to several kilos.

The iPad Pro and Pencil weighed around half a kilo and they were all I needed. And I didn’t have to scan in the drawing, often in two parts when they were in A3-size, to mend them together afterward.

So yes, the iPad Pro was a dream come true.

Gamechanger product - iPod, all the possible music you'd want on the go and that led to the iPhone eventually!!
Current most amazing product - MBP 14" the power, efficiency, display and design of this was everything I ever dreamed of

Well, since I only have one Apple product, my iPhone 7+, then it's the iPhone. :D
With pretty much all other tech companies and Silicon Valley (Microsoft, Google, meta, etc) crapping on privacy on every turn, and nearly all 3rd party developers are trying to siphon off data from your phone, I'm just glad that Apple still have the willingness to put a barrier to that. With every part of life has been digitized and connected to the smartphone, imo privacy is more important than ever.

Having said that, I feel quite safe on Android as well now thanks to DuckDuckGo's App tracking protection. It's amazing seeing the number of times those trackers are pinging home.

The Apple Ecosystem. I am surprised no one has mentioned it.
This is actually a good thing. Without it, Apple products would just be not as good.

If I had to pick a hardware product, I’m torn between the iPhone and the Mac. I would have to say the iPhone because that’s the one that gets most used by me.

It’s sad, but not surprising to see him so many bitter comments here. You can be thankful for something you purchased. Thankful means you appreciate having it regardless of how are you acquired it. I’m thankful for modern medicine regardless of the cost. I’m thankful for having electricity, and running water even though I have to pay for it. There are a lot of people without electricity and running water even today.

It’s Thanksgiving and people should be more thankful rather than feeling like they’re entitled to or owed something.

I have iPhone 13 pro, Apple Watch 6 & MacBook Pro M1 with Touch Bar, for me it's the eco system that's irreplaceable, all the devises are important.....I'm not planning to add or upgrade anything in the foreseeable future....
The watch I would only replace if they significantly improved the battery life, (Ultra too big & ugly) allowed me to see photo's in third party messaging apps and added a camera to do FT.
Macbook, I would only replace if they added a lit apple logo and an option for Touch Bar on the 14' MacBook Pro and a better battery life, which would be closer to the M1 MacBook Pro
Iphone, they need to make less bulky and do something about the camera's sticking out, without losing out on battery life, which I know is difficult

Overall, I'd have to say the Apple GUI, which was revolutionary at its inception, and helped enable non Techynerds™ like me to use computers to have fun and do creative stuff. It's only improved over the decades, and for me, has always been far more intuitive and user friendly than Windows ever was. Oh look; a computer that works the way a normal person wants it to!

In terms of hardware; has to be my first Mac, a iMac G3. Opened up the whole world of computing for me, and enabled me to learn and do graphic design, vidoe and audio editing, even bits of 3D and stuff. And do internetting. Marvellous.

Currently, it's my M1 iMac, and my Apple Watch, which has helped me with motivation to keep up my fitness.

The Mac, easily. I got my first one in college in (cough) the early 1990s and have had a steady succession of them since then. I had to use a Windows PC for a few years at a job and it made me really realize how great Mac OS is, and the Apple Silicon hardware is just insanely good now.
I agree. Sadly I also have to use Windows at every job. But at home its all Mac.

iPhone without a shadow of a doubt.

Because I use it every day and although I love my other apple products.

If they were to vanish tomorrow, my iPhone can still give me everything I need to live my life.

Every other product just adds to the convenience and experience.

Since we are doing a deep dive into a specific form of materialism I appreciate tablets as they improve my standard of living. I just happen to use an iPad.

Otherwise I hope on American or World Thanksgiving Day people are a bit more introspective and less superficial.
