The 2006 version of Kim Wilde's Kids in America from the album Never Say Never. I like this version much more than the 1981 original. It has a crisp, clean sound and the vocals are much more energetic.
In tribute to guitarist Gord Lewis who was found dead on Sunday (sadly, police have arrested his son). Hamilton, Ontario's Teenage Head were far more than the Canadian Ramones but never received the wide recognition they deserved.
They don't always get it right. Here they are just having a blast and I like it

On NPR they profiled The Voice, Whitney Houston on the anniversary of her passing. I was reminded that this is one of the most incredible performances by a female performer I have ever heard. The modulation of her voice is unsurpassed and The Greatest Love of All was the perfect song to display her talents.

The Mein Teil (You Are What You Eat) remix. While I love both Rammstein and Pet Shop Boys, a collab between the two musical acts would seem like an unlikely combination. But it works very well, and I like it better than the original release of the song.
Season as performed by M-Voice, which is played over the end credits of the Satoshi Kon animated motion picture Perfect Blue. I recently watched the critically acclaimed anime film Belle, of which its art style reminded me of such works as Perfect Blue and Paprika.
Brian Eno and David Byrne - My Life in the Bush of Ghosts
The 2019 rendition of A Whole New World from Aladdin. Whatever your opinion of the live action remake of this Disney classic film, there's no denying that Alan Menken has matured as a songwriter in the nearly three decades between the original and its reimagining. Naomi Scott's powerful vocals also breathe new life into this cinematic classic.

Wild Life, Ram, and Red Rose Speedway are my top 3 McCartney LPs.
RRS opens with Big Barn Bed one of my fave opening tunes on any of his LPs.
Get On The Right THing, Little Lamb Dragonfly.
I really love this record.

A gem for true Warren fans. After his death in 2003 his son was going through items in storage and found demos and home recordings from pre-1976. A great stroke of luck for those of us who miss Warren's wit, story telling and ability to take us on an interesting journey in three minutes...
