What game are you playing currently?

Well I just googled that and the Nintendo link that came up first. When I try to go to it from the support forums I get 'side down for maintenance' so hopefully it is just a thing. I'll try mine to see if I can sign in now to check.

Thank you for the info. 6 AM Pacific Time so that's 5 PM here. OK, will give them a call then. I hope they can fix it. Will let you know how everything goes in case someone here encounters the same error code.

Your in UAE aren't you ? Is your Nintendo ID setup in UAE or was it setup in UK/USA ? If it was UK you can ring UK support or use their ask mii to live chat :)

Ok so I called Nintendo at exactly 6 AM Pacific Time and a customer service rep. answered right away. I explained the issue and he said that they banned my NNID because I have violated their child protection policy?? I didn’t understand how this could be possible. He asked me about my age and I told him (22). And then he said yes that is your age on your NNID but on Miiverse it says that you’re 11 years old (under 18). My little sister and I, we use the same NNID and so I asked her if she accessed Miiverse and apparently she did last night and she entered her age on there :rolleyes:

I explained all this to the customer care rep who was still on the line and he asked me to reply to his email with a copy of my government-issued identification card to clear this up and get my ID up and running. I sent them a copy of my ID a few minutes ago now I just have to wait for their email to know whether they have reactivated my NNID. So yes, if anyone sees error code 102-2802 it means your NNID got banned. And you were right MRU, they are friendly and helpful.

Wow that seems extreme to say the least. At least your getting it sorted. Thanks for the update LadyX. Hopefully it'll prevent others falling into similar trap by making same mistake and getting banned :)

Titanfall. Just got the XBOne copy. My kinda game. My XB360 progress doesn't carry over. :mad:

They did such a great job with it. Such minor graphical differences. EA needs to put this on PS3/PS4 and make it so your progress is accessible on any platform and everyone can play each other.

Got a couple of extra days off so gonna play Mass Effect and Perfect Dark Zero on XBOne Compatibility preview (they just upgraded to the software so had to download PDZ again).

The XB360 Compatibility mode with games you already own and the fact I got my XBOne Halo Bundle for $299 I think MS has the upper hand right now...

Been playing N++ on PS4 and 3D Streets of Rage 2 on the 3DS. Two cracking games! There's something so moreish with N++, and it feels like a game with pedigree compared to the other twitchy platform games that have been and gone since N began. Really enjoying how much there is in that game.
 
Batman Arkham Knight on me PS4, my first ever Batman game and I'm loving it so far :) Very cool story, lots to do, you get to drive around and walk / run around.

I am rrrrreeeeaaaallllyyyyyy looking forward to Star Wars in November (The game that is), it looks epic.
 
Going through all my unfinished PS3 games. Just finished 'Killer is Dead' ... it was ok.

'Vanquish' is next, then 'Valkyrie Chronicles'.

I actually bought it, too. But with my first son just having been born last week, I might be a little distracted from gaming for...oh, let's say the next 18 years or so. :)
