For me it's the 5S. The way the glass inlays at the back were placed made it look extremely beautiful, and the stainless steel ring on the TouchID sensor improved the front design by a lot. I like the front of the 6(S), but not the back because of those fugly antenna lines. On the 5S the antenna lines were placed in spots were they broke up the design in a good way. On the 6(S) they are very big and throw the nice aluminium back into the shade, while the antenna lines scream for attention in a bad way.

I really hope the 7 goes back to the 5S's looks.

It wasn't special but it looked good. The iPhone 4 probably had the most radical design by far. The iPhone 6 is pretty disappointing. The back looks retarded but I use a case so it doesn't bother me.

Definitely the silver/white 5S. In my opinion, there hasn't been any manufacturer that has made a phone that beautiful.

I would love to see the iPhone 6/6s design with a gold back, black banding, and a black face with gold band around the home button.

I really liked the 5/5s design. The 6 is not an ugly phone or anything it just seems kind of sterile or something... I don't know. It just seems nice but boring.

My vote goes to the Slate iPhone 5. That was the most beautiful iPhone I ever purchased. I am hoping next year they will bring back a darker color again. I went for the Rose Gold this year since the Space Grey is so light colored.

iphone 4, solid feel on the hand, nice retina high res screen. The rear glass was nice too. You could swap it if you were to scuff it.

sorry to burst your bubble fella, but the 4/4s wasn't hi res, 640p is quite low res actually... and stop making out "retina" is some technical term for a HD screen...
