One of my all time favorites. How 2 well educated socially adept upper East side couples can savage each other with smiling faces while still maintaining, most of the time, social graciousness as they discuss children, marriage and world issues. Jodie Foster gives an awesome performance of a mother wound up so tight you are just waiting for the spring to break. One of the main characters isn't on the cover - a cell phone.
No physical blood, but lots of mental carnage. It's all in the dialogue.

Man On Fire is one of my favorite movies! Crimson Tide and Glory are my other two from him that I really like. Glory being one of my favorite movies.

Isabelle Adjani is amazing in this. My favorite performance of hers.
Currently watching the polarizing whodunnit Amsterdam with a star-studded cast.
Her performance as is Sam Neil's is outstanding, and tells more than many would care to know...

Both are really solid, but need to be into Dune... Currently watching the 2021 release, soon to be followed up by the 1984 release.
Eagerly waiting for the 2023 release of Denis Villeneuve's Dune.
