My staunch royalist friend at my local Apple Store told me the other day that Apple are waiting for the Queen's jubilee to release the new iMac. The main new features are the apple logo with a crown and a Union Jack subtly burnt into the screen. Apparently the start up sound will be the British national anthem. as far as technology goes, he reckoned there would be some new extremely small bits inside the iMac and some other bigger bits, all running off electricity of some sort.

Why the F...k would Apple care about the British Queen's jublee to release new iMac. I have a real hard time beleaving this!![]()
..yes we will see..
but...
while i'd love to see an Imac that you can actually open..
as well as a Touch one with the pedestal able to be adjusted, from a flat screen to a vertical one
http://9to5mac.com/2012/04/25/imac-touch-concept-incorporates-a-touchscreen-ios-and-siri/
or like in this Apple's Patent..

i don't think we will have anything like this..
Ivy Bridge are out and so does the new Amd 7000 Gpu...but
to be honest all this silence about MacBOok Pro and the Imac
let me think that Apple will show all its new line
except the new mac mini ( to not steal attention to the Imac )
just at Wwdc..
that is just one month far... .
So next Wwdc will be Ios6 preview,Imac and MacBookPro ..
a really huge show...!No one should be disappointed and in any case i will buy my first new Imac.![]()
7970m's are pending driver certification. So maybe Apple is simply waiting for this? Alienware has a ship date of 5-31-2012 for any new laptop with the 7970m, I would think Apple will have the iMac available very close to when Alieware can offer it..?
Lol it's a joke, don't you see?![]()
Yeah i see that but it makes me mad anyway!!![]()
Apple will not release New macs At WWDC! The only reason Apple would release new macs at WWDC would be if thay have a realy big upgrade for exapmle: iMac with tuchscreen and reteena desplay witch thay won't release just yet maybe reteena desplay but not tuchscreen.
I think release of new iMac's and Macbook's will be on this tuesday the 8/5 or maybe next 16/5 not later but, I can be wrong!!
you mean 5/8 5/16

I work for a US global financial firm and every tax form I see from foreign companies has the DD/MM/YYYY format. I think we might be the only country that uses MM/DD/YYYY.
