Your point about "Mac OS X" vs "OS X" is an interesting one though.
Maybe its nothing...but Apple take care of details..so..its a little strange..
but for a MacBookPro..13,IvyBridge,Thunderbolt,Usb3 and Hd4000 are ..reasonable..the display ..well this disappoints a little but maybe with just the hd4000 games mostly would have been too sluggish..:rolleyes:so...it can be real, lets see if they have new leaks about Imacs next time.

The poverty spec suggests to me a price cut on the 13" MBP so that Apple can offer a cheap(er) notebook — it will, in effect, become the iPad 2 of the range.

I call fake on the leaked photo. Its just too easy to make your own version, print it out, glue it on the back of an older mbp box and then snap a photo of it. Later attaching the photo to some forum to hype it up.

That is what another user on macrumors made in just a few minutes.

One more week... the wait is nerve-wracking

Hopefully the new Mac lineup will be announced along with the back-to-school promotion =)

Watching amazon.co.uk

Open up amazon.co.uk (or your favorite amazon store). Search for imac.

Now open another tab, and do the same thing. Every hour or so, refresh one. You want the other to spot what changed.

Its entertaining (during the interminable wait for next week) to watch the prices. Sometimes amazon drops/raises prices or shows low stock. Other times, resellers add to the food chain.

As we get closer to WWDC one might expect some indicative movement.

But iMacs (on amazon and ebay) refuse to move out of the same price range.

I've been doing just that! It's quite entertaining. If the new iMacs have a retina display then I will buy one if they don't I will buy a refurbished 2011 model. :apple:

Whilst I agree that it would be easy to fake, I will just sit back and enjoy the rumour mill until next week. There will be more leaks between now and then. Looks like those of us who said new Macs at WWDC are going to be right.

Kinda funny how things work out. For the longest time some would say Next tuesday. Often they would also say The apple store is down on a sunday night. When Apple has no track record of releasing new hardware on mondays.

I was saying WWDC when most people were voting for the 16th may. Looks like we're going to be right. Can't wait:)

Hopefully a bunch of us will be testing out new iMacs next week instead of here bickering over who said it will be announced at WWDC first.

Speed bumps and WWDC releases aside.
