What to Expect From the 'Scary Fast' October 30 Apple Event

This Magic Mouse....I understand that this is not a priority product for Apple, but common! This is 2009 design product! Everybody hate it!

To be honest this is exactly what I need. What other changes do I want from my mouse? Maybe the only thing I might wish for is ability to connect to multiple devices.

I really don't care where the port is placed. I get that design wise its ridiculous. But ultimately, its a first world problem. Stepping away from your desk? Plug it in.
 
I must say, I'm genuinely excited for this event. For the first time in a while, I think there might actually be a surprise.

The unusual time of the event and the fact that Apple have been sending out gift packages with snacks and AirPods Maxes suggest there is something extra special coming.

Personally, I hope it's something game related. While I'm well past my hardcore gaming days, it would be cool for Mac (or Apple TV) to finally get some legit top tier titles.

Not in the least bit true. I’ve met many customers who like their Magic Mouse. And even after using one for twelve years I still like it.

Regarding the ability to connect to multiple device : you can use Continuity Universal Control to share mouse and keyboard between macs and iPads. I use it daily with 2 macs and it work very well.

hmmm...on that mouse the lightning port doesnt change how the mouse works and ergonomics...its just a basic mouse, people cannot support it and just changing the port, it means nothing especially for how good the battery is

Everyone is different, but there is a reason why pretty much all high end displays and TVs have the black bezels. It creates an eye buffer and separation which tends to be easier on the eyes. From personal use as someone who has had multiple eye issues, I'll never ever get a light colored bezel display again for a display I use more than just casually.
 
If Mac sales are down what would truly up the figures would be ditching 256Gb storage and 8Gb RAM. Obviously they won't do that.

Pretty sure more places than California eats dinner at 5 or 6 PM. What time does the business day start in Spain? 10AM? :)

What time is the event in Spain? Is it not nighttime?

But who uses it though? It's a garbage product anyway, redesigning it won't do much, just get one from logitech.
