eMate 300. Thing rocks; I still use it.

My battery is dead, though, so it only works off of AC power...🙁

Technically, my first Apple laptop was my 15" PowerBook G4 1.33, but I also have an eMate 300 with a dead battery. Keep meaning to build a new one but I never get around to it.
I'm currently using a unibody 15" MBP 2.4. Nice upgrade from the G4.

I was hoping to see more of the 5300ce, but those were the good ole' days when you could use RAM Doubler or Virtual Memory and everything seemed "snappier" in a matter of minutes. Pretty sleek computer with it's color LCD screen, but a bit heavy. I would tow it around with a nice Targus "pleather" briefcase and bought a nice portable HP printer that accompanied this amazing machine everywhere...😎

2001 iBook 500MHz G3 with 64MB RAM & 10GB Hard Drive.

I eventually upgraded the RAM to 576MB and it ran OK with Tiger.

Mine was almost the same but I did a BTO with a 20GB HDD. 😉
