I personally like the larger screens and thinner bodies found on many of the androids. I have a Sony Experia Ray provided by my company as my work phone. It is nice, but different, and no where near as slick and smooth as my iPhone 4.
Sometimes it crunches to a halt, which is annoying when just trying to check email or make a phone call. There is no way I would switch to an Android OS phone for my personal phone due to the OSX-iOS integration. The widgets are really useful though.
Deal breaker for me would be not enough of an upgrade from the 4. The 4S is basically the same phone in my eyes, Siri was just a way for Apple to force people to upgrade (and maybe they didn't want millions of extra users overloading the Siri servers). I am interested to see what they are going to release, but if it isn't compelling, I am more than happy enough with my iPhone 4
