I really feel the pain of the developer at the start of this video.
On the flip side, life taught me if you want to move forward you have to make the hard decisions. I don't know why they abandon opendocs-or what it was-but Jobs made the right decisions obviously!

Today and tomorrow will be days of rest. Probably no gym today (I might walk at the park if the weather is decent), and some light workout tomorrow. I still have to recover and I don't want to push it too much.
It's weird how one day off can mess up routines and plans.

much, much better. thanks for asking. All the symptoms are gone. I still feel weaker and there's some headache (not much). I am up and at work today.

Not surprised you feel a bit under the weather - the only vaccine that ever really gave rise to such a reaction from me was the rabies jab (but, and this also applies to Covid, I remember my mother's remark, "of course, you feel rotten now, just think what that is designed to protect you from").

Anyway, hopefully, you'll feel a lot better by tomorrow.

Take it easy. Is it wrong that I’m concerned when I get my jab or if I get Covid I’ll lose my perfect month/longest move streak on my AW?

Also on my mind the different COVID-19 variations. Are they not COVID-20 and COVID-21?

Absolutely. Call the shot off and make sure that you don't get covid. The most important thing is to close the circles.

My understanding is that they are not because they come from the very same root of the virus.

Yes, that's correct. The original and its variants are all COVID-19. A family member works with the CDC, a great source of accurate info. Sorry the quotes are in reverse order.

And here's a little more info about how COVID-19 got its name:

"On February 11, 2020, the World Health Organization announced an official name for the disease that is causing the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak. The new name of this disease is coronavirus disease 2019, abbreviated as COVID-19. In COVID-19, ‘CO’ stands for ‘corona,’ ‘VI’ for ‘virus,’ and ‘D’ for disease. Formerly, this disease was referred to as “2019 novel coronavirus” or “2019-nCoV.”"

Just to confuse things. A lot of viruses are corona viruses. Apparently four of the most common cold viruses are corona viruses. But not so lethal...

Just as there are different types of herpes virus. One that most of us have, and another that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy (or maybe you would).

The amusing thread titles thread reminds me of the time when spammers were less lazy and sent you stuff with questionable subject lines and there was that one artist that did a project where they illustrated a bunch of them, but not in their obvious meanings.
