Got my shipment notification about an hour ago...Delivery tomorrow, the 21st. It's also showing in MyUPS as well now but tracking info isn't available yet...Northern CA...

I'm in Denver, and the origin scan hit today in Ontario, CA, on UPS. What's interesting is it's not showing in UPS MyChoice yet but tracking via the number provided by Apple. The service is UPS Next Day Air Saver delivering by end of day tomorrow.
Just changed to Shipped and on the DPD tracker as coming at 10am tomorrow! What a turnaround!

In the UK, ordered a few minutes into pre-order, Apple Store app said delivery on 27th May (still does now).
Just received an email to say it’s shipped and is delivering tomorrow 21st May.

this happened to me last night, noticed the charge dropped, then checked the account this morning and now the apple charge is pending again and within minutes got the shipment confirmation for tomorrow!! Cross your fingers, i completely gave up on getting this tomorrow so we will see
I know there’s an apple hub in dallas hence why I’m taking my chances it would be here tomorrow if that’s the case, I still see no label or tracking info on the UPS my choice app though but I do have a tracking number from the Apple Store app
So guys, I need some hope. I would like to see if anyone else has been checking the UPS My Choice app frequently throughout the day and then have the shipment show up. I'm worried that everyone that has said their UPS shipment notification has arrived, this is the first time you have checked the UPS app today. Checking all 3 apps and seeing no change is getting FRUSTRATING beyond belief.
BTW, my account was charged early yesterday morning, so that's another frustration
Just throwing out the caveat that we've seen UPS' tracking to be sorely lacking in other launches when they're overwhelmed due to Apple volume. There's multiple products going out for Friday delivery....we shouldn't be surprised if the tracking is a little off. 
See.....This is what I mean about frustration.... I'm happy you got your notification, but where you hadn't been charged until a little bit ago and now you get the "delivery tomorrow" status..... Where as I was charged earlier yesterday and still no change in anything....
UK. Apple Store App still says delivery 28th but also shows shipped. Had notification it's arriving tomorrow. Chuffed
Got my shipment is on the way email about 1/2 hour ago. Delivers on the 21st via UPS. Origin scan was in Louisville, KY.
each time I decide it’s never going to happen and I should stop obsessing over it, a fellow European drops a bomb 🤷♂️.. surely it’s too late now to get a shipping notification for tomorrow?!
I was quite content before all you guys started getting shipping notifications, when I had no hope of it arriving before this weekend 😪

Showed up first time I checked UPS my choice (I had never used it before today - signed up on the back of this thread). FL, USA. still 'preparing' in the apple store app.
Just got my shipping notification. Was originally set for 5/24-28. Now shows it will be here tomorrow.
Got a dispatch notification this morning from Apple UK. But DPD tracking still says “we’re expecting your parcel shortly” and it’s now 7:30pm. Apple ETA was 24th May to 1st June. Is the origin dispatch from China?

People need to take a beat.
1). The Apple Store app (as we said earlier in this thread) seems to still be showing incorrect / old dates.
2). Whether your card shows as charged or not can be ENTIRELY your bank's policies on how actively they record charges.
If Apple's web site (not the app) says that you're getting it tomorrow, then quit stressing about your carrier's tracking.
