Heh....maybe Apple got tired of everyone doing the flight tracking thing and decided to change where in the chain we get our updates (sounds like it)
I think it used to be that PFS was when it was scanned loading on the trucks at the factory and Shipped was when UPS/Fedex scanned it at the airport in China. Does anyone do the flight tracking anymore for the iPhone launches?

Arizona - mine's saying 21st thru 27th delivered. Still in Preparing for shipment. Order completed 3 minutes after preorders went live.
Mine's now gone to Preparing to Ship - dare I hope for Friday?!?!?!
Looks like nobody is getting it on the 21st even in the US. It would have shipped at least for some people otherwise.

Yeah, if we don't see "Shipped" by tonight/tomorrow, don't think we're getting it on the 21st. Kinda frustrating since a lot of us ordered the second it went live. Oh well, I've been using a 3rd gen AppleTV for years at this point, and a terrible Fire Stick for Disney+ / HBO Max, etc. A few more days won't really matter. Looking forward to replacing it though!
Anyone use their Apple Card and had it charged on Sunday and the charge is still showing as pending?
I really hope we get it by Friday, if not then whats the point of preordering if you can just pick it up on release day at the Apple store.
I ordered iPad/Magic Keyboard/AppleTV on the pre-order day, a few minutes after it went live. Had to do 3 separate orders because of issues with the app and ordering.
The iPad is set for delivery on Friday, but the keyboard and AppleTV are all "preparing to ship" and still showing May 21-27th. I don't foresee either of the two getting in by Friday unless they're both already in the U.S.

Ordered mine just a little bit after pre-orders went live! Preparing to ship, but I haven't been charged for it yet. Delivery window says May 21–27.
I live in Quebec, near Montreal. Ordered from the Apple Store app on my iPhone a few minutes after the orders started on April 30. They always seem to way over estimate my delivery dates, so I am hoping that’s the case again.
