iPad When is the iPad 2 jailbreak coming out?

Is this really still a secret? Even myself (far away from any relation to the jailbreak dev scene) was able to find it out only by reading comex's twitter and using google......
 
I'm sure someone else is working on the beta making it stable.
So, if comex doesn't release it soon, someone else will steal his thunder.
Probably one of those "pay" jalbreak sites.

You are kidding, right? No pay site has ever released any software that wasn't created by someone else and available for free. I doubt if anyone has the skill set to complete comex' work except himself.

No, I'm not kidding.
Given the money they can make, I'm sure that they can hire some programmers in china for squat, to go over the leaked files, and fix them.
The hard part has been done.
Finding the exploit.

I thnk you under estimate the number of people who are capable to do that.

Selling someone else's hard work. Oh yeah. They wouldn't get sued or anything.
 
Well since I was able to successfully jailbreak last night using the leak, the only issue again was that I couldn't connect to a new wifi network. I went back to stock and was able to add the wifi networks at work. If JB isn't out by the time I get out of work, I'll just JB again. Should be fine since I have all the main networks I connect to programmed in it.

Are you on 4.3 or 4.3.3? WiFi only iPad?
 
The "leaked" files are around 6MB total. He may not have internet and is using sneakernet to upload the files.
 
its called teasing getting everyone into a frenzy, waiting for everyone to then complain and then BAM.
 
I just might go for a bike ride or something to enjoy the nice weather while I am waiting. Heck, I probably will bring my iPad in case something happens soon, though I doubt it will until tonight.
 
So frustrating waiting...save your flames, I know no one owes me anything yada yada yada....

If its not released tonight I'm going to JB using the leak, glad I stayed on 4.3.
