My Mac Pro has arrived at Oakland, just 45 min away from where I am.
So I should get my MP tomorrow, assuming FedEx delivers to residentials on Saturdays.

I have gotten something on Saturday from FedEx, but it was special 2-day shipping when I ordered something on Amazon...
"Arnhem Hub" for two days now
Mine didn't quite last two days - it popped up again this morning, now at the local delivery depot.
Pity it didn't get there a shade earlier, as I don't think it'll be delivered until Monday now.
Ok, that's still good news...I think..
I wouldn't think FedEx would be open on Saturdays just for 2-day or next day deliveries....
My 2.4GHz 8-core, 8GB, 5870 Mac Pro got here today. It was originally scheduled for delivery on the 27th -- the 20th is fine by me!

Awesome! Mine is almost completely done. Really the only thing I need to do now is use bootcamp to put windows 7 on here for ZBrush 3.5 since its not out for Mac yet.

This is almost the same as my MP, apart from the fact that mine is still in pieces in china!

I guess I should be grateful that it's 600-700 miles closer to L.A. than it was in Alaska. Or not.
I was holding out this vain hope that I might get it tomorrow. It's coming to my house and where I am Fed Ex does do residential deliveries on Saturday.
But now, I don't think the logistics work out any more. It's Monday if I'm lucky, Tuesday if not. Tomorrow I'll read all the gloating on this thread, and Sunday I'll have True Blood to distract me.
Ah well. At least it's Tuesday. But I'm happy for the rest of you.

Still due for delivery on Monday, but I don't feel confident. Like james said, hopefully its in transit, I can imagine it suddenly switching to 'out for delivery'.
I'd rearranged a day's freelance work from Monday to Tuesday, you can see what's bound to happen!
As I mentioned above, my shipment was "stuck" in Arnhem for a couple of days, but suddenly showed up in my local depot in the early hours of this morning. Chances are your units are also well on their way to the delivery depot.
PITA that they couldn't have gotten them there a bit sooner, considering that they've been in Europe since first thing on Wednesday, but that's couriers for you.
