When is your MP shipping?

Still waiting for delivery to the UK. Shipped on Wednesday morning but since then there's been no change to the order status.

In other words, 3 days later and still no shipping info or tracking number. Boo hoo.

call them, website status doesnt get updated accurately at all.

Same here. Over 48 hours seem unbearable at this point. Hopefully they allow pickups on Saturdays. For some reason though, i feel very doubtful they will allow us to. I hope I'm wrong though.

Yes, to be quite honest, I tried picking up from the main sorting facility once, they dont actually allow it, only from the local depots, unfortunately. But I will try, Id rather go get it tomorrow then wait till Monday or Tuesday.
Of course there is always a chance of them delivering it tomorrow afternoon :D

for all the UK guys and gals, I just spoke to TNT and asked if it was still in Arnhem and she told me it is on the way to the UK "left at 11 yesterday"

dont know if thats am or pm but least its not stuck there.
 
Well, mine made it to NJ this morning, which means I'll be getting it on Monday, I imagine. It would have been nice to have the whole weekend to set it up and play, oh well.

I'm going to be having a busy week come Monday :D

yo im from jersey too, trenton! mine went from showing honk kong all day yesterday to being in newark this morning. I wonder if i could go pick it up from newark since its only about 45 min from my house?
 
Mine made it to my local Fedex facility this morning, but when I called Fedex to see about Sat. pickup, the answer was no. Estimated delivery still shows Tuesday, but I figured it would be Monday instead. When I asked about this, I was told that it was in a "locked container" whose "seal couldn't be broken" and furthermore would be "held" until its Tuesday delivery date.

So, it's in my city, but I can't have it until Tuesday. Whatever. Just wanted to share this, for those who are also hopeful for a Monday delivery. Situations may vary, of course, but I would urge not getting your hopes up too high based on what I've been told this morning. And we wait...

Texas to NJ

Ordered 2 hexacores with 5870s on Tuesday 8/17.
No special shipping options, just the regular free mode.
Shipped from Irving, Texas on Friday 8/20.
Due for delivery in NJ on Wednesday 8/25.
If that proves accurate, that'll be just 6 business days from placing order to delivery.

No mention of Hong Kong or other overseas locations. Does Apple have an assembly plant in or near Irving Texas?

yeah I got it with the email to say that it had shipped, last wednesday.

I got exactly that, but mine says 'on or before 31.08.10'. Maybe because I'm buying Aperture with it?

If I click on the tracking link it just takes me to the Order Status, which in turn says that carrier and tracking info will be added when it's available. Presumably you already have that?
 
Maybe Monday

From Hong Kong, to Korea, to Alaska, to Tennessee, to the Albuquerque sorting facility in 24 hrs.

Fedex says that though it still says Tuesday, the 24th, for shipment, it is still possible the Mac will be delivered Monday. Checking the tracking on Monday will tell the tale.

The delay in shipping will give the Mac time to get over jet-lag ;)
 
Just remember when you hit "buy" how long did it say it would take? Mine said ship 23rd. If it ships and arrives before their estimate - you WIN ! :) ;)

WTF? Myself and others who have ordered on the 12/13 still haven't even received a shipment notice. Looks like Apple isn't necessarily processing these in order, and also that the 12 cores are coming from Texas. Super sad face for me now :(
 
I ordered a 3.2 Quad on the 16th.

Received a shipping notification last night. Expected delivery Aug 26th in SF, CA.

Excited to have my first MP.
