.....Great Britain And Northern Ireland. Don't forget them or they'll come march past your house with accordians and drums to show how British they are :D

Ah my home town. ** reminisces ** :)

I live in Toronto where they have three Apple stores, and not one of them has a BlueTooth Mighty Mouse in Stock.

The uni students Ive spoken to all seem to talk down on Apple. I must be talking to wrong people  I remember a very drunken conversation in Lloyds talking about Macs

Sure, I just smile and nod, Apple have a better price on their laptops than the Warwick special PC deal ones, (even without Moron) by £150 though the Warwick machines do include Office.

Beneath the Southern Cross I stand,
A sprig of wattle in my hand...

You need to fix the spelling of "Australia" in the poll, it's spelt "Straya."

Proudly 100% Australian Meat

*sobs*
Hand over heart, I sing my national anthem with pride. Our beautiful flag hangs over our family dinner table. Waltzing Matilda brings a tear to my eye.
I have a pet kangaroo that I ride to uni every day. It also delivers mail wherever I need it to go, with its convenient pouch.
I own three different rifles, and use them to go and hunt rabbits. With their skins, I make and sell akubra hats. I've made well over a hundred by now. I wrestle crocs on the weekend for fun. Jeez they don't like being jumped on!
I like taking my Holden Ute out for spins in the outback on the weekends. Alice Springs is really nice this time of year.
I live on a farm in the middle of Sydney, and own about 20,000 head of sheep and cattle. I love playing the guitar around a campfire on Friday nights after a hard day milking the cows and nipping over to Uni.
I say G'day to everyone I meet, and tip my acubra to the ladies. I don't understand why people in other countries swear so much. The only word you need is "Strewth"! Oh, and by the way, if I'm not wearing my steel capped work boots, I'm wearing thongs.

Now let's have a new poll. How far does our average American read through this post before they realise I'm not telling the truth? (Golly Gosh, this isn't the Truth Mr. Erasmus???)
How much about Australia does our typical American know?
Please someone end the (hopefully) myth that Americans actually believe some of this stuff...

Oh, and by the way, in case you haven't realised, I come from the (Really quite large) land of OZ. That's short for Australia.

EDIT: Dishonouring my glorious country with bad speeling

Rome, Italy.

I can't use a Mac at the company I work at (Aerospace & Defense business) but I've seen many in the usual-suspect environments (desktop publishing, photography, design and all of the fashion industry).
Obviously, everybody aged 10-99 has an iPod.

Well this certainly illustrates why MacRumors never sleeps.

Here in the Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. metro area, there's an understandable high number of government IT related offices, but the local Apple Stores are still always jammed with people.

There is a good lot of Mac users in Ireland. Ive worked in a call center for an Irish ISP doing a lot of broadband work with customers on their Macs. And in Dublin Macs seem to be the fashion. Especially those Macbooks :)

Amsterdam, Netherlands.

My Mac runs on the wind energy from the windmill I live in. I go to university riding my bicycle wearing traditional Dutch wooden shoes and of course my cute costume. I regularly stick a finger in a dyke that's about to crack so once again I save my fellow Dutch from a sure death by drowning. Needless to say I eat lots and lots of cheese and have my picture taken by tourists carrying tulips on a daily basis. Being Dutch ain't easy.

Ukraine

Cherkassy, Ukraine...even bought a 20 inch G5 iMac here last year from a local dealer, probably twice as expensive as US prices but still worth it

Erasmus, you lost it with the first line.

Aussies don't cry, remember? :p But If anyone's taking you seriously by the Kangaroo bit, I'm quite amused. ;)

Waltzing Matilda is an emotional piece though... it should be the national anthem :p

by the way, whats the second verse of our anthem?
for that matter, whats the first? :D
