White iPhone 4 DELAYED. Officially

They should have spent a billion dollars on a new manufacturing plant instead of that data center in NC...
 
Once an apple fanboy myself I have no joined forces with the other side. Apple now officially sucks.... I love it how steve lied out of his ass at the press conference stating that the white iPhone would still be available late July... He knew... He lied... And he failed to be honest with the public... Fail... Fail!

you know.....people complaining about the white iphone and how steve is liar and burn down apple and what not has made my day full of LOL and LMAO and hahaha`s, thanks for getting me through work thus far everybody, especially you delusional mofos out there.

I have been waiting for white iPhone 4 patiently, but my patience has run out. I made a reservation at the Apple store today for a black 32 GB (which they said ends on Sunday). When white comes out I think I will use my mom's upgrade and give her the black one. I'm not going to spend my time being mad at Apple when there is nothing I can do about it. At the end, I will have an iPhone 4 (albeit black). That's not so bad is it?
 
wow, i just read through this whole thread and the schadenfreude is bewildering. aren't we mostly apple fans here? is it so surprising that aesthetics, which are a large part of apple's draw, are important to some of us?

do i think i DESERVE or am ENTITLED to a white iphone on the day of launch? no, of course not. but am i disappointed and even upset at being misled and strung along for weeks? yes, i am!

maybe the haters can understand if you imagine for a moment that only white was available at launch. oh, the horror.

what the HATERS are hating on is not that you want a white iphone, its that the complaining and bitching about not being able to get a white iphone because STEVE LIED!!!! is what makes this all ridiculous. Also, we dont know if you were being misled or strung along, remember apple doesnt have their own plant to manufacture their products, companies in China with their own issues do, any complaints and irritation should be drawn at them, not at apple because their evil liars.

The haters (people not so preoccupied with color but function) have better taste. White is played, it's 1960's-70's bean bag cheap.

BP alters their images, they admitted it the other day to make them look better (btw i cant see the image so dont know if its a terrible joke)
 
The bad part of this is that it screws up our contract dates for those who waited for the white model.

Now, when the iPhone 5 comes out, we may have to wait several months before we would qualify for an upgrade. :/
